Great office and staff. Very short wait time. Office staff is very friendly and genuine and works very hard to provide great customer service. Dr. Bratter is a sweetheart. Very kind, and patient with his clients. Takes time to sit with you (in his office– not the exam room) to talk to you about /​listen to your concerns and his concerns. I feel very comfortable speaking him.

Today, I went in for my yearly physical. The wait time was minimal and the service was great. The doctor sat down with me in his office to discuss my concerns and to answer my questions prior to the physical. I always dislike my yearly appointments because they usually take up my whole afternoon but I was in and out in a very short period of time. The doctor and his staff were very friendly and that made it a pleasant experience.

Dr. Bratter is the best. There isn’t another doctor I would have delivering my children. The office staff is wonderful. Would recommend Dr. Bratter hands down no questions asked!!! I had my baby a year ago, and went for my annual exam and was greeted like family, this office feels like home and the attention to detail is fantastic!
