Went yesterday and picked up a new piece at a reasonable price (bubbler for $ 40). Very friendly staff. They had multiple customers in and out while we were browsing. The guys even through in some glass and wire screens to go with my piece. Would recommend to anyone looking

I’m downgrading my rating for Glass Roots because every time I go the shop is filled with kids under 18. The first time it happened one of the employees had his infant behind the counter just hanging out, I bet CPS would have loved hearing about that. After that incident I contacted the manager/​owner and he assured me it was an isolated incident and it wouldn’t happened again. So I go back to the shop the day after Christmas to use a gift certificate and what’s the first thing I see upon entering the shop? About a half dozen obviously underage kids starring at all the pipes! Seriously WTF!!! I understand that kids are curious and with all the legalization it’s not a huge deal but rules are rules are rules and crap like that doesn’t help! It’s unfortunate the owner doesn’t feel the need to follow laws, it’d be a real shame if someone notifies the proper authorities…
