I planned a party for my daughter here, followed by ice cream at the Mall. I hadn’t made any formal party plans with the rink other than calling for their hours the day before (which I should have done long before the invites went out). The staff opened the rink 2 hours early for me, helped me put skates on 10 little girls, went out and helped the beginners learn how to skate, made games for them and brought out extra party stuff they had left over from new years. The rink looks small when you walk by it, but there is more than enough room when you get on the ice. A woman fell and looked momentarily hurt while we were there and immediately one of the staff members was there to help her up. The girls had SO MUCH FUN! I cant say enough good things about the staff at this rink! This place is going to definitely become a holiday tradition in our household.

Mission Viejo, CA

I took my 4 year daughter here last Monday, at around 12noon, and we had a fabulous time. Both the owner and his family were extremely accommodating, personable and genuinely hospitable. It was really hot and they made sure that during the time we were there the ice rink stayed as dry as possible. My daughter was bright red and covered in sweat when we were done, and they immediately offered her water and a treat to make her feel comfortable. it was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had, and their concern for our satisfaction was both noticed and appreciated. I highly recommend you visit and hope that they can stay for a long time and come back next year.

Trabuco Canyon, CA

Took my two girls (ages 6 & 9) ice skating for the first time. Both were scared when they first got on the ice. Rich (one of the owners) took the time to get them started and past their fear. They were up and making their way around ice within 20 minutes. Both want to go back. Great crew running the operation. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing family night here! Myself, my husband & our young son grew up skating (playing hockey & figure skating for me) at the local Orange County rinks & the spectrum rink for fun during the holidays. This one is super close to our house, & is the best by far! For being a smaller outdoor rink the ice is still plenty good to skate on, customer service is above & beyond (nicest people ever), plus one time admission gets you in for the whole day! Skate as long as you like, you can leave & come back later that day & skate again for as long as you like. just keep your wristband! Fun outdoor experience, also have a projector playing movies, & great music! Definitely will go back again this season & for years to come!

This place is absolutely fabulous! The people there are incredibly nice and helpful. I decided to visit this place before completing my holiday shopping. My children LOVED IT! I previously planned to visit the Irvine Spectrum skating rink… I was prepared for a small rink, large amount of people and a ‘time limit’. NONE of the above apply here! The cover charge allows you to come back ANY time during the day as long as you hold their wrist band. The rink itself is HUGE which allows for increased open space when skating (or trying to). Skates are in great condition and seemed sharpened. All in all I would recommend this place 100%.
