What a HORRIBLE, AWFUL sales woman. She’s in her early 50’s, heavy accent, rude, yelled at us for wanting to take a note of the prices, and continues to yell & scream at us like we were children. We told her to stop yelling at us and she doesn’t!!! Absolutely HORRID, HORRID woman. All because we wanted to compare prices and get details of the mattress. She’s upset because we were not going to purchase it from her. Well if she was kinder and more PROFESSIONAL, may be we would have. What a HORRIDWOMAN!!!

Great place; competitive pricing, easy to work with; nice people and they understand your needs; no hassles, no upsell, just working with you and your needs. Delivery easy as planned and better — the guys were really nice — set up beds and perfect. Highly recommend and will go back again for beds as needed!

Was there and their customer service was awful. The person working there actually left I there while they answered the a phone call. I guess a phone call is more important that a sale in store??? We left to never go back

I finally made the proverbial ‘Plunge’ and spent some serious money on a Temperpedic Bed. First and foremost… worth every hard earned dollar, hands down, I’d do it again without hesitation. I went to this Leeds store for one reason only, convenience to me. I had called around and with the cost of gas and everything else involved in going from store to store… I thought, screw it, go here, close to home, why screw around. The one nice thing was I knew exactly what I wanted, they had it, I bought it, deal done. In and out in less 15 minutes. Of course after I purchased the mattress and all the other crap that goes with it… including ‘Free’ delivery…(Please, I drop 3k on a bed and I’m told ‘Free’ delivery… Hell yes I am going to get it delivered and not pay a cent more for the service!). Well my wife decides that the California King is NOT what she wants, she wants the standard ‘King’. My response — ‘Yes dear, let me call the store and see what they can do…’. I called the store, spoke to a nice Gentlemen and he changed the order from Cal King to King, no issues at all. It did add a few days on to the order for delivery, but hey, WTF, my back is already so messed up what’s two or three more days of miserable sleepless nights due to an old mattress that makes sleeping on rocky ground, crushed glass all a top a Fire Ant mound look ‘Comfy’. They store had the mattress delivered, set-up and all the old stuff was taken away… basically with little to no hassle. The only little bump in the whole process was working out the delivery schedule to coordinate with my Wife’s schedule but that was settled without much of an issue. Overall, Leeds provided me with a convenient access location to purchase a product that I already had decided to purchase, from a mattress retailer. I had no hassle buying it, great customer service when I needed to exchange the configuration from Ca. King to King Size, and basically little issue with the delivery. Regarding the delivery — The Gentlemen and his assistants were very nice, but a bit ‘undersized’ to complete the task at a hand. Lucky for my wife and the delivery crew, my adult stepson was at the house to help them get the mattress upstairs. If he had not been there… well the delivery guys would still be trying to lug that thing up beyond the first landing. That stated, they got it done, no one was killed, they cleaned up and were very nice and professional. I just think that who ever did the scheduling did not know that it all had to go up two flights of stairs…
