Pizza Hut

Ok sit your asses down because I’m about to explain why this pizza hut deserves all the god damn stars in the world of rating shit. Saturday night on the 23^rd of April my drunk friends and I decided we needed pizza. Now I had just driven 7 and a half hours from Arizona to see my fam and friends and wanted to spend my Saturday night kicking it with the homies you feel Me? So our friend decides to call Dominos pizza. While he’s on the phone telling the dude what we want, I ask my friend to order stuffed crust. The dude at dominos says «we don’t have stuffed crust» and I audibly gasped in terror. You don’t have stuffed crust? Is this the Stone Age? Are we heathens living in the old world of cheese-​less crusts? Like we have a black president and hover boards but your ass can’t put a cheese in some pizza dough? Then, after hearing my charade, THE DOMINOS DUDE HUNG UP. Hungry, drunk, and now throughly peeved at this encounter I call up Pizza Hut. The dude on the phone told me they were done with deliveries for the night and closing up the kitchen. But I did not give up hope. I told that man if he made us pizza I’d give him a FAT tip. After a quick pause he took my order. What a homie. So we drive (with a DD of course. No drunk driving here kids. Be smart.) to Pizza Hut in our pajamas and that pizza was done in like 10 minutes. Piping hot and cheesy crust goodness because Pizza Hut obviously loves their customers enough to put cheese in the crust. Idk his name but that cashier made a $ 40 tip on 2 cheese pizzas. The moral of the story is if you do someone a solid they’ll do you a solid back. A $ 40 tip solid to be exact. God bless you Pizza Hut cashier. And fuck you, dominos.

This store needs some help, a good start would be by firing the person in charge. There’s never enough help, so those poor kids working there are always short on help which results in orders done wrong or way later than promised.

I have previously ordered delivery from this location, but this was the first time that I ordered carry out. They have good carry out specials. When I walked in the door it smelled amazing. The inside is a very nice, modern décor.
The cashier was very professional and friendly. My pizza was done quickly and looked as amazing as it tasted. There seem to be quite a number of poor reviews but they seem to have turned things around!

Idk why everyone gives them poor reviews. Its PIZZA HUT. Their deep dish is great and i work at bjs brewhouse and pizza, and their delivery times usually are faster then they quote. Ive never had a mean person there, but some people dont know how to socially interract. For the pizza the price and the time i give it a 5.

I’m not typically a fan of chain-​based locations, but my boyfriend wanted pizza and didn’t feel like going for a drive… ahh the convenience of delivery.
I told him I was only going to have a slice, but I actually ended up eating 2 because of the garlic butter crust (yum). We ordered the supreme, sausage & pepperoni, and breadsticks. I ended up picking a lot of the ingredients off the supreme (just because I’m picky about toppings on my pizza), but I actually enjoyed my what was left on my pizza (which was a simple pepperoni pizza). and once again. that garlic butter crust! I’m not even a crust person, but this definitely swayed my opinion a bit.
The delivery time was good too — ordered on the phone and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes. Surprising good pizza! Next lazy day, we’ll probably phone-​in an order again.

Wow I should have checked the reviews before we ordered. There is definitely a reason it only has 2.5 stars. After a long drive home from vegas I expected Pizza Hut to supply me with something delicious but that might be the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. Only every other piece had cheese on it and they forgot the wings I ordered and had to come back. There was no apology or acknowledgement of any mistake and the person who answered the phone practically hung up on me. Dominos here I come.

We ordered online for delivery and was told 1 ½ hour wait. We called and asked how long it would be if we picked up, and were told 20mins. My wife went to pick up. She is still waiting at the store… it has been 1 hour and 30 mins now. Enough said.

THE WORST!!!
I actually like Pizza Hut’s pizza but I’ve always received HORRIBLE customer service. One of the many many times I’ve received this horrible service was when my husband called in an order & I got there 30 minutes later thinking that the order was ready but NO, they made a mistake & I had to wait 30 more minutes!!! In the end, they messed up the order that they remade & ended up giving me the wrong order after all. To console me the manager told me he will give me $ 20 credit, NEVER HAPPENED.
Another one was with the delivery guy, demanded more tips! After he was impatiently BANGING on my door.
What the HELL is wrong with you guys!!!

Last week we were in the area and thought that we’d drop in to place a take-​out order for a pizza. We were allowed a few minutes as we looked over their menu and pondered their current specials then were greeted by a friendly bubbly female worker. She saw us pondering their specials and also listed off a couple others that weren’t on their window. We went with a medium supreme pan pizza personalizing both halves of the pizza. We left to do some window shopping next door at Party City and the new Petco store. Twenty minutes easily passed and we were back for our pizza greeted by the same worker as well as what appeared to be a trainee. She opened the box to show us the pizza and went over the different toppings and personalization for each side then offered us any parmesan cheese or hot peppers and we were off.
I have to say that we normally order from Papa Johns because my husband likes their pizza, but we got much friendlier, quicker service from this branch that we may make this our go-​to pizza place from now on even if it’s a little farther of a drive for us. We placed the pizza box in the insulated bag we keep in the car for our groceries and were able to indulge in a delicious piping hot pizza even if it was almost twenty minutes later. We will be back!

Never had any issues and food is always great!

This is a really nice location… clean & well kept… the guys were friendly, helpful & speedy with our order. I like that the waiting area is larger than most locations I’ve been to… has 2 little tables for those who’d like to eat there inside… there is also patio seating between the sandwich place next door & there are a couple of arcade games. I wish I could move this location closer to me. Will be coming here when I’m in the area & in need of some good pizza, P’zone, wings, pasta, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks…

Pizza Hut sucks! I’d rather eat a Hot Pocket. I’m not exaggerating either!

I went last night and ordered 2 Pizza’s and was told it would take 15 to 20 Minutes
After 20 Minutes I asked where my Pizza was and they said it would be another 3 to 5 Minutes. Well at the 25 minute mark they came out and told me that the Pizza wasn’t even in the Oven. I asked for my money back and that even took 5 Minutes to happen. Will not return

I’ve had several negative interactions here with the staff. They’re slow to answer phones, they aren’t trained on their computer systems, they’re rude and lack customer service experience… the list goes on. I even called once and the guy told me to call back because he was too busy. Pathetic.
I’ve never had problems with the food… well, if you don’t count the time that my pizza wasn’t cut. At least the delivery driver was really apologetic about it even though it wasn’t even his fault. Anyway, the food is fine, the employees aren’t the best. As long as you prepare yourself for the employees, then you shouldn’t be too annoyed.

Pizza Hut is one of those places I find myself at when I don’t want to pay the ridiculous prices at Round Table Pizza, if I feel like walking here or if I don’t feel like cooking.
Last Friday night I didn’t feel like cooking. I found a deal online and got a pepperoni pizza with some breadsticks and a 2 liter soda. I must have been hungry or crazy. It was a lot of food and I had leftover pizza all weekend. Their pan pizza doesn’t compare to what I’ve had in Chicago, Boston, or DC but it’s OK and makes for great leftovers.
Pizza Hut in general just sucks. However, they’re cheap and have some amazing deals. Plus their delivery boys are cute. :)
