I loved this store’s selection. However, last time I was here I was ignored and pushed out of the way while they escorted a special customer around. Then when I tried to purchase a necklace, they told me the price was $ 8 more than the price tag on it said because the price had changed and it hadn’t been switched, blah, blah, blah. Now the store is gone, I’m guessing too much poor customer service finally caught up with them.

If there is 0 star, I will definitely choose 0 for this store. That’s the most ridiculous customer service I ever had. From the sales person to manager, they really acted as we don’t care attitude. If the store or the brand name doesn’t mean anything to these stores, then Why bothered to take those position? If they can’t help customers, then it will be a disaster for the company. Here I recommend everyone to think twice before purchasing. Because they are not going to help you afterwards, instead they will make things up and blame back to you. I definitely not appreciate that. Terrible store!

I was really disappointed that I was not able to exchange my Christmas present for a different size — all because I did not have a receipt. I didn’t want money back, I didn’t want something more expensive — just the same ring in a different size! I was told that there was no way to know how much the item cost without it! I’m now stuck with a ring I can’t wear, and wasn’t offered anything to help. I also found the manager(owner?) to be quite rude and acted as if she couldn’t care less. There was a definite«I’m not going to help you» vibe. There are definitely better stores to buy from!
