BEWARE!!! If you have an inexpensive watch needing a battery change, take it here. If you have a nicer watch you would like to keep working properly, take it somewhere else. I took my $ 200 bulova watch to them for a simple battery change. When I got it back, I was informed that something may be wrong with an internal mechanism causing the second hand to freeze up. He then told me to bring it in so he could quote me a price«if» it was messing up for me. I never had a problem with my watch losing time or acting up until after I took it here and immediately my watch lost time. The worst part is, it’s his word against mine and now I’m stuck with the headache of getting my watch fixed from whatever he did to mess it up in the first place.

Very rude. Question about replacing battery. Quoted a price. Asked why was it that high and your other store is lower. Response was you should go there. Very rube lady. No appreciation for a customer.

If been coming here as long as I can remember. I’ve gone other places for quotes and he always gives me a better offer. Whether it is with a new watch, batteries, adjusting, or changing the bands. I’ve brought an old dive watch I was attached to and wanted him to give it a new facelift per say with new bezel ring and crystal. He looked all over to find the pieces it would need, and ensured I was going to be satisfied with the repairs. Sometimes he can’t match new parts for a watch, but it’s not lack of effort trying. You won’t be unhappy with your results or business done here with him from high end watched to the average beat up watch you just want to keep going. Highly recommend Time After Time.

Yes they are good guys, but only as long as things go their way. When they don’t, they turn very ugly. I have purchased at least 40 to 50 watches from this place. Everything went well until I ordered a couple of watches. Then the wheels fell off the wagon. They are clueless in customer service and they are sneaky and dishonest with refunds. They never update you and everytime you call or show up in person, you have to identify yourself as if it’s the first time. They don’t maintain their own paperwork and they will not refund the full amount even if they are in the wrong or cannot produce the product. Very disappointing since I spent so much money there over the years. I would never go back and would also scream BUYERBEWARE. Deal with a real shop and avoid all of what I went through for getting back $ 150 on a $ 250 order.

I’m not quite sure about the other review. I’ve never had a problem with this place. The guy that works there has always been nothing but awesome. He almost always hooks up a discount of some sort. And this place has a great selection of watches. I’ve bought 3 Michael Kors watches and 3 Fossil watches all at better than retail pricing. I’ll definitely keep going here to get my watches.

DONOTGOHERE, JUSTFINDANOTHERSHOP! Took my Luminox 3000⁄3900 to just get the normal 3-year battery replacement — paid $ 40. Got my watch back and it didn’t keep time accurately that same day. I took it back to the greasy slicked-back hair guy that works that stand(it’s always the same guy in his little booth in the Mission Viejo Mall). I explained that my watch doesn’t keep time anymore, coincidentally after he had tinkered with it. His response without even looking at the watch — «Maybe it needs to be cleaned. Those watches need to be cleaned frequently inside.» What a load of bull. My Luminox stays on my wrist always, I swim and run with it and it faces the elements like a tank on my wrist. Never in the three years prior did it need cleaning or suffer from any problem at all. I ask, «So how much does that cost so I can get my watch working again?» He wanted 50 more dollars to maybe get my watch working again. That little rat broke my $ 200 watch and refused to fix it after it malfunctioned. Without hesitation, I decided to take it elsewhere. It ended up shutting off completely after a month, with the new battery in it. Don’t take anything here to be serviced, don’t buy anything here because it’s a rip off(seriously, check Amazon first). I hope this rating and others like this help make that guy lose his business, his dishonest, unfair, and low quality business.

BEWARE! DAMAGE! Today I brought my watch here to have the band pin replaced — bad move. When I picked it up, it had a large gash on the band immediately next to where the pin goes, and another on the housing of the face. When I pointed this out to the watch tech, he immediately became defensive and said that it was there when I dropped it off. It most certainly was not. How do I know this? First, i had been looking at that area constantly for the past week because the pin had been falling out. Second, I pointed to the area immediately before handing it to him, and I did not notice any damage. And third, it was BRIGHTSILVER because the hammer strike had revealed fresh metal! When I calmly questioned him about this, he immediately became hostile and said that my watch was already ‘scratched up’ and, here it goes, that my ‘watch was cheap and it didn’t matter anyways.’. Well, the watch was no Rolex but it was a $ 400 Bulova, and even if it was $ 100, how dare he say that to me? Then he continues to be rude and then turns his back to me. I have had some bad customer service experiences, but this tops them off. I sincerely hope this idiot of a tech gets fired.
