Audio Rent KC

We recently hosted a Super Bowl party using the equipment and services of Audio Rent. The party went off without a hitch. The staff at Audio Rent showed up on time the day before and stayed until all of the equipment was properly working. Then they returned the following day, the day of the event to turn on the equipment and insure it was running smoothly. There were NO issues at all during the event and the equipment worked great. Many thanks to the staff at Audio Rent. I highly recommend using them.

Great customer service! I reserved a system for a neighborhood event. Ultimately, the need for the reservation fell through. They were great about refunding my deposit and providing good communication. For that, I will go back to them when my next event is planned.

I have used Audio Rent KC a couple times now. For my wedding and also for a couple parties. It’s always been easy and they have taken real good care of me every time. He also has the best equipment for rent that I have found in the KC area, so go get yourself some speakers! Stand up dudes

I own a DJ company in Los Angeles and flew to KC to DJ a wedding. I’m glad I found this company. From the beginning, Taylor was quick to confirm my order and gave me a very reasonable price to rent a system. He even threw in some light stands and electrical chords for free and delivered the system– a BIG plus! Though there was a slight hiccup in delivery, Taylor was quick to respond and pull out the stops to correct the issue. The set-​up was perfectly on time with his help. The system sounded KILLER! I believe I will be investing in one of his subs in the near future ;)
I will be back for another show in the spring and you can bet Audio Rent KC will be my go to company!

As we prepared for our mother’s birthday party at The Cotillion, when the DJ/​sound system discussion came up, the event coordinator at The Cotillion suggested Audio Rent KC. Our usual DJ was busy but we had wanted to utilize our Spotify playlist but not have crappy sound. Audio Rent KC was the absolute perfect solution! Taylor is extremely professional, prompt in responses and the pricing is very reasonable. We got the standard package but in the midst of deciding, Taylor provided us with custom variations of equipment that was suitable for our needs. We ended up with the standard package and adding extra for simple lighting on the dance floor.
On the day of the event, Taylor arrived with the equipment and patiently taught us how to use all the technology. He and his cohort are so kind and accommodating that they really made everything go as smooth as it could.
With all the planning and running around and the stressing out my sisters and I were undergoing, Audio Rent KC was a breath of fresh air. We received many compliments on the sound quality and how festive the dance lights were. All of it went really well with The Cotillion (different review, obviously). I highly recommend Audio Rent KC, I know that we’ll be using them again soon!
