Dear Leland, Not at all happy with the way my furniture delivery was handled today. I called you 10 minutes after the deliverymen left to report two big problems with one of the couches — problems THEY should have caught before leaving: 1) A very prominent hole/tear at the top of the right arm. 2) A sharp tack or staple protruding from the face of same arm.(Also very prominent … and dangerous.) Far from apologetic, you copped a nasty attitude and acted as though this was MY problem(well … I guess it was). You said if(IF?!) I wanted the couch replaced, it would have to be done TODAY. Because, even though I reported these problems IMMEDIATELY, you said I would be deemed responsible for these defects if the change-out was not done TODAY. First of all, there is no way anyone would look at these obvious defects and think I could have had anything to do with them. How am I going to get an INTERNAL staple/tack to puncture the covering and protrude from the couch. And when you see the manufacturing defect on top of the arm, it will be quite clear to you that a manufacturing defect is the only thing it could possibly be. Forget an apology or some simple common courtesy … for someone who spent over $ 1,000 at your store. But where is the regard for my time, my convenience … for my TODAY? I already took the entire morning off work for this delivery. I work 70 hrs/week at three jobs to support my family. I am 100% self-employed which means No Work = No Pay. I had jobs scheduled for this afternoon, but now I will miss those hours as well because the change-out, you said, must be done TODAY. So, in addition to pissing off my own customers, today has cost me about $ 300 in lost income. Them’s some expensive couches. Finally, you charged me almost DOUBLE what your employee Linda told me I would be charged for the transport of my old couches. (And I tipped your deliverymen very generously on top of that, despite this dirty dealing.) You told me three days ago that the deliverymen would have to assess the job when they got to my home and determine the charge accordingly. But in fact YOU had already told them what to charge me before they ever got to my place — again, almost double the charge I was quoted by your employee. Some«Discount»! … Not happy.

Great discount place for mattresses! The owner’s name is Lee and he is great at helping you choose the perfect mattress. Applying for credit was super fast and easy, walked out with a great mattress in 30 mins. Great customer service!
