Still the most gawd-awful dry cleaners on the planet. Front desk people speak no English and are just like the workers at Houston Garden Center… Worthless

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for a few weeks since the drive-through is convenient and it is located on the way to home. The staff is not friendly and they don’t smile. They don’t seem to have any customer service concept and they constantly remind me to do things in a way to make things convenient for them. For example, when I asked them to keep two different sets of clothes separate, they told me they have to give me two different tickets which I said was fine. I only give two batches every so often, maybe ever 2 – 3 weeks, and on other weeks I drop off one batch. Just to be clear, I come weekly to leave clothes and pick up clothes, so I would think they would appreciate the business. Well, they later told me that it’s too much an inconvenience for them to give two tickets and they want me to not use the drive-through when I have more than one load of clothes. I explained that this was not convenient for me, and yet they still kept on going about how things are so inconvenient for them. It just struck me as odd that they would spend so much time arguing about a simple thing. I feel in retrospect that if you are going to constantly complain about having to provide the service that you are employed to provide, then you probably shouldn’t be doing this kind of work.

If they damage something they will not fix it. They ruined a $ 65.00 tie. They told me the manage would call me, but he never did. Then I went to their store and the manager started screaming at me in Vietnamese. He said the tie was like that when I brought it in. It wasn’t. You are taking a big risk here when you use these people. You get what you pay for.

This place has very good prices and nice staff. But it gets a 1 star because they ripped my dress-shirt twice and both times I’ve brought it back, the staff told me the owner will call you. Not once have I ever been called by the owner or reimbursed. I even called the owner myself and left a voicemail. Never received a call back. I guess it’s cheap for a reason.

Brought some dry cleaning and noticed they haven’t been too consistent with pressing 100% cotton white shirts. I understand some stains are hard to erase but had some uniforms I needed done and they weren’t up to standard consistently. It’s affordable and at a very convenient location, it’s worth a try but have had better service elsewhere.
