Erica the manager was so helpful! So excited to have them add my home to their pick up and delivery route next month. I’m a working mom, too busy for laundry, so I use their MW wash program. 20 bucks for a huge bag of laundry? Yes please.

Did not give pricing at drop of because a discount was going to be applied. Store manager could not apply the discount and said a regional manager would need to and would contact us. Had to contact men’s wearhouse customer service to finally get a response from MW cleaners who said they would email a receipt and all mistake have been removed and discount applied. Have not received that email but I have received that my items are ready for pick up, but they where supposed to be delivered. What an embarrassment for MW. No idea to cost haven’t been billed yet haven’t received dry cleaning going on a month. Maybe in 2016 this will get resolved, but I’m doubtful.

We were long time customers of this store. When our«concierge» was Ashley things were great and customer service was exemplary. Over the last six months things have steadily declined. After years of picking up an dropping off on the same days without issues they skipped us. When I called their representative was VERY rude and VERY dismissive of the problem. The following pick up day they skipped us again. This time I attempted to reach a supervisor and was told she might call me back. She didn’t and when I called back the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. I have also sent emails to corporate to let them know that something has changed at this location. It is unfortunate because a year ago I would have told you they were a great example of how to treat a customer. Very Disappointed.

What a sorry excuse of a run down place this is. I dropped off a jacket yesterday at noon and they claimed the reason it wasn’t finished at the promised time(roughly 30 hours after the drop off) was because it had huge stains when I know for a fact it didn’t. The clerk, named Anett or Janett, did not have the slightest sense of apology when telling me the pathetic excuse she made up over the phone and eventually hanged up because she«has a customer with her.» This shows either she doesn’t care about the situation or this situation is not out of the norm, and one can only assume it’s the latter. This is very unacceptable for any dry cleaning business. People rely on your delivery in their plans and failing to deliver a simple job within 30 hours is ridiculous. Apparently they ship your clothes to their«warehouse» and you’re pretty much shit out of luck with anything going on in the warehouse. Very unprofessional and disappointing. AVOIDATALLCOSTS. DONOTWASTEYOURTIME.

I read a very negative review about MW cleaners and wondered if it wasn’t the customers own poor attitude. I have always found the quality of the men’s wearhouse cleaners to be top notch. I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated and have found that the staff at MW is really pleasant

Extremely rude and bad customer service at this location, by the store manager and clerks. Visited this place 4 times to get one shirt clean. When I went to pick it up the first time the stains I asked to be spot treated was still on there. On top of that, new stains appeared and it wasn’t for me. After a few visits they never fixed my problem and gave me an attitude as well. They are only nice to you if you pick up and don’t bother them for anything else. Plenty of mom & pop cleaners around that do a way better job then these guys who over charge, why should any one have to over pay for attitude. Perhaps MW Cleaners can learn how to treat stains properly from our local mom & pop venues around our neighborhood. After George Zimmerman left Men’s Warehouse has gone very much down hill in terns of customer appreciation. You are basically paying this place for all the paper and bags they use to fill up on shirt, save your money and the environment go somewhere else.

amazing customer service and attention to detail! i wasn’t sure from their name and logo if they did regular dry cleaning(versus only dry cleaning for suits) but they do — AND they do alterations as well. the ladies there were really nice and helpful(since this was my first time, i had lots of questions). when one of my alterations wasn’t ready for pick-up when i went to pick everything else up, the lady who had brought me my clothes in the drive-through called me later that afternoon to let me know my dress had arrived. nice personal touch :)(and i love that they have a drive-through!) also, everything came back so nicely packaged and wrapped and labeled — the items were bundled in groups of 2 or 3 and each set had its own receipt with a very clear description of each item. this helped tremendously when, a couple weeks after i had picked up my items, i realized that i didn’t have a receipt for 3 of my items. the lady at mw cleaners patiently talked me through each one of the receipts that i had to determine which pieces i didn’t have a receipt for — and i discovered that they were indeed freshly cleaned and already back in my closet :) again, their attention to detail and customer service is incredible and much, much, much appreciated!(btw there are sometimes coupons on their website!)

How about service at your door with a personal valet? Did you say Larry Williams? Let’s face it — «you get what you pay for». I have tried numerous area cleaners over the years. Some have lost my pants, mix matched broken buttons, closed without telling me, and sent me to other locations. If you are tired of lack luster service and dry cleaning, then MW is your service! Your shirts are staggered on the hangers so that do not crinkle. You get a bag for your laundry pick up. And yes, they really do read the provided adhesive tags to denote spots, repairs, or other issues. The jackets are returned with fillers in the arms… professional! The only drawback is that our area has pick up on Tuesday and return service on Friday. This is a long time. Yes, after 20 cleanings, you get a Men’s Warehouse voucher for $ 50.00 Couple that with your Perfect Fit reward of $ 50.00 and you are on your way to a new shirt/tie or suit! I look forward to this each week!

i only go to mw cleaners cuz they’re the bigger name in the area. i like the fact that they pick up and drop off for free. the ladies who work the store are relatively nice. they’ve never lost anything of mine and have always cleaned my items well. i like them over the mom and pop shop cleaners because of their credibility. store is clean and easy to look at.
