This store has become just bad to worse. I enter for the pharmacy, you can smell the seafood, not a GREAT way to advertise bad seafood. Never enough cashiers, the salads are always past date. The meat is past date most of the time. I discovered HEB

I have lived within a mile or so of this location since 2012. When I first moved into the area, this was the closest thing going unless I schlepped the extra 1.7 miles(the struggle is real) to the Sienna Plantation HEB. I always noticed this place seemed to be off in one area or another all the time. Years ago, the meat department smelled like death. I have complained to management over the years and there have been improvements. I suspect they will work harder since the tollway now allows Sienna Plantation residents easier access. My last issue was no one bagging my groceries even though I was in a regular line, this was about two months ago. Like I said, I’ve seen improvements and think they are working harder to get their act together to attract the new customer population. …hmmmph. consider me unimpressed with the late effort.

I shop here for the gas points and because it’s close– but this store is poorly managed. Often times there are items on the floor, floors appear unmopped, and especially the makeup section is generally a mess. I also find the staff to be unhelpful and sometime rude– like they don’t want to be there. I buy my meat at HEB– but not here. I used to be a LOYAL Kroger shopper in Katy, but this Missouri City location is not impressive.

Deeply offended by the use of American flags as wrap-around display material. I understand the tie-in to Memorial Day, but the American flag should be disrespected in this way.

This is the go-to grocery store for my daily«must have» items. The staff her is usually nice, it is usually easy to find what I am looking for, and I hardly, if ever, have to look elsewhere for stuff I need. What keeps this Kroger from getting four stars from me are the WEEVILs in their rice! There have been a number of times I have been ready to cook rice for some dish I was already tasting, in my head, only to find weevils in my pot!(Ewww!!! I was going to eat that!) Nice store although the check up folks aren’t much help. All the advertised specials are based on having a Kroger discount card. When I asked for one the answer was ‘oh sorry, we’re all out’. So I’m out of luck getting the special price, thanks Kroger.

Kroger is the second place i go if no time for Walmart! it is more conscience since its right by my house. This store is clean and staff are really helpful

Today I visited the store at 10250 Texas 6 Missouri City, TX77459‑4734 and unfortunately I had a bad experience. I will be short as possible because time is valuable. At 6:30pm I dropped off my prescription with a lady. She was not friendly but I can deal with that. She asked what time I would return and I told her before close, she said okay and handed me back my prescription. When I returned the same day at 8:43pm I was told by a man(the pharmacist) that they could not fulfill my order because I asked for the prescription back. I explained to the man that I did not say that. The lady I spoke with at 6:30 was not being honest with him and basically lied. I explained a second time to the man that I did not say that and he stated that I asked for the prescription back. He basically called me a liar. If he was not in the conversation with me and the lady, how could he know what was said? Instead of accusing me of something I did not say, he should have just said, «Sir, I am sorry but we made a mistake, please give me your prescription and come back in the morning.» I would have been okay with this. After all of that, I asked the man if I could go get my prescription from the car and he said that it was too late. I did not understand this because it was only 8:48pm and they did not close until 9pm. I told him I am going to CVS and he said, «okay sorry.» Lastly, I asked for me AAA card back and I discovered they threw it in the trashcan. The man had to fish it out of the trash can to give it back to me, but only after I asked. The man missed an opportunity to make everything right for the customer. I fortunately have a CVS and HEB down the road and I assure Kroger that they what want my business… especially how competitive the market is.
