I have been so tolerant with this companies poor business ethic. I found the website when I was searching for bamboo curtains. I was happy to find the curtain I was looking for on their site. It stated it was damaged, which was fine, those things fall apart so quickly. Anyway, I ordered it online through paypal on 4÷21÷11. She(Jilian) emailed me 4÷21÷11 that she received payment and wanted to let me know there are no refunds and that the curtain is damaged. She was going to mail the curtain the following Monday if she didn’t hear from me. I waited patiently. I noticed through Paypal a delivery label had been made. So I continued to wait patiently. I heard nothing so created a dispute though paypal 5÷11÷11. By 5÷21÷11 I emailed her worried that it had been lost but come to find out she never brought the curtain to the post office. She was waiting for me to tell her to send it, even though my money was in her bank account for and entire month! I was just following her email instructions! By 5÷23÷11 she wrote back with the same tracking number(yes I know the label was created but you need to take it to the post office! It doesn’t send itself!) Later that day she discovered she was out of the curtain I ordered. She offered a alternative and sent a link so I saw exactly what it looked like. It was another hula dancer curtain, more cartoon like. On 5÷23÷11 I emailed back, yes send it. This was all being tracked on Paypal. 5÷24÷11 she promised the item was leaving the facility tomorrow. Problem resolved is what I thought. 5÷27÷11 Paypal emails to find out if the resolution had been solved. I believed it was and the case closed on 5÷31÷11. 6÷2÷11 I emailed Jilian again asking where it was! no answer. 6÷3÷11 Curtain arrives! Yay! Boo, it is not anything like she emailed me it would look like. She sent me 2 topless Polynesian women holding poi. Really? 6÷5÷11 I email her again. My request to resolve this was to have her resend the curtain I ordered. I would pay for the shipping… again! I never heard back from her. The phone lines I tried calling all along never worked. I just have to laugh at my curtain everytime I look at it. There is nothing I can do but leave her this negative feedback on Unilocal because the paypal dispute closed and I can not reopen it. I feel she manipulated me and was dishonest when creating these shipping labels as if I could track them without the item even being brought to the post office. I just wanted an email back from her apologizing and working with me to get what I wanted for the money I spent on it. Nothing. Very disappointing. They must be struggling in this economy but at least honor your promise or refund my money!
