Very good food and everything is fresh and delicious. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the price. I feel like everything is over charged by a couple dollars. Their coffee also tastes a bit sour to me. It tastes like the bean wasn’t roasted well.

Simply a great place to have coffee, pastry and breakfast if you are truly hungry. Ordered the Huevos con Chili Verde and the portion was shocking, huge plate of potatoes, eggs, beans & chili verde. Also tried a scone that was delicious. Coconut and pineapple. Coffee was good, strong and yummy. Staff was nice, very attentive. Hope to eat here again next time I am in Moab.

I ordered the curried chicken rice wrap, the portion was huge-only ate half and saved the rest for dinner. This place lives up to its name, Eklecticafe, they have a wide selection of handmade jewelry, magnets, and many cute little knick knacks that are great for gifting. If it wasn’t so hot I would’ve sat outside on the patio, cool place.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, esp. with all the raving reviews. The restaurant is really cute, it would be really nice in the spring time to sit outside and enjoy the mountain view. The interior is quite small, maybe 5 – 6 tables, I can imagine this place being really packed during their peak season. I ordered the banana pancakes and the huevos rancheros, as much as I wanted to like this place, I was a bit disappointed with the pancakes. They were fluffy, but a little on the dry side. I wish the bananas were cooked in the batter instead of placed on top of the pancakes. The huevos rancheros was nothing spectacular, my husband said it was very rich and the potatoes could have been cooked a little longer. It is a little bit on the spicy side for me. The bill came out to be around $ 20, $ 10 for the pancakes and $ 9 for the huevos. Parking in the back and free post cards in the front by the door.

Wow! A true Gem in Moab. Just stopped in for breakfast before hittin up the national parks again. I am so full and happy. The food way exceeded my expectations, the coffee was AMAZING and free refills, the portions were huge! We have never taken a to go box for breakfast. They also had the best customer service. The ladies in there were so sweet and accommodating especially for our little one year old who needed a high chair. The place is also very eclectic like the name. Tons of cool stuff to look at– jewelry, cook books, vintage postcards, etc. the vibe is very chill. A mix of locals and tourists. We liked that. The tables are cute and the place is small so get there early! It’s freezing but if it were good weather I would have loved to sit on their hip patio!!! 5 stars! Loved this place and would definitely return!!! Thanks!!!

A quaint restaurant run and supported by locals. The menu suits my taste because of organic coffee and healthy food choices. I like the atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered takeout because we are going for a long drive. However I am several miles out of town and notice we are missing some of the items listed on the menu as part of the meal, such as the bread we ordered. Its really disappointing because the food is very tasty and well cooked. I probably will tell them next time I go there.

When you need to find breakfast in Moab in the winter, this is pretty much your only choice, but the only bad part about that is the competition for the yummy food. My wife and I ate here 2 of the 5 mornings we were in Moab and both times it was delicious. We got the banana nut pancakes and the huevos rancheros both times. The pancakes were delicious and extravagantly sweet with bananas, pecans, powdered sugar, and maple syrup all over them. You could also add butter yourself if you wanted. The huevos rancheros were enormous and included green chile sauce that was honestly spicy and amazing. Honestly, I’m a big hungry dude and still it was vaguely a challenge to finish the whole plate. The espresso was also no slouch. The only disadvantage was that the place was«cozy» without it’s outdoor seating. Finding space for two adults and a high chair was complicated, but we managed it both times. Coming earlier is probably better than later. The turnover seems pretty good and food comes quickly, so you won’t wait too long.

Stopped here 3 days in a row on our way out to Arches & Canyonlands for the caffeine fix. I got a dirty chai the first two times. They only do the sweet ones, wasn’t spicy and they didn’t offer a spicy(non-sweet) version. But it served its purpose. The lady got a decaf iced latte every day. She says it was good — i’ll believe her. The food everyone was eating was looking pretty damn good. I would get breakfast here, but we had food at the condo. Seating is quite limited though, so be prepared to wait. On the last day we got two of their cinnamon rolls to-go. WOW. Dense yummy gigantic cinnamon roll. Def recommend.

Stopped by to have brunch and it was crowded inside. Small, intimate, cosy place, only 6 small tables and food is reasonably priced and delicious! Roasted veggie polenta has so many different kinds of roasted veggies! A dish that you can’t find it easily elsewhere so I recommend you try it if you love veggies! Biscuits with gravy, biscuits is very soft which good texture, gravy was well-flavored.

Nice ambiance and swift service. The bread/toast was really great. Also had some unique menu offerings like the Caroline Cubano latte(very sweet with Mexican chocolate) and ginormous pastries. The spinach omelette was tasty, though I expected cooked spinach instead of raw. Potatoes were a bit soggy, but uniquely spiced — cumin and curry maybe?

One of the really few cafes that is open during the winter season. Stopped by for brunch on a Sunday. The café was crowded but it was easy to get a table. They have many vegetarian and vegan options which I loved. There is also a huge cookbook collection and I enjoyed reading some of them while waiting for my order. I had the roasted veggies over polenta and eggs, and my husband had the huevos rancheros. Both items were delicious. The ranchero sauce was one of the best I ever had. They had some really yummy pies on display as well — too bad we were too full to try any!

If you want to know where the best places are in a tourist town, all you have to do is find out which ones are open in the off season, that the locals support, and this is one of them. Quite possibly the best breakfast and coffee stop in Moab in any season, and in December, there is simply no other place that you should have to look for. If you want just coffee and a bagel to go, or if you want a full cooked breakfast, this is your place. Add to that the custom jewelry and myriad of artistic items that are also for sale here, and Eklecticafe becomes a standard stop in Moab.

Great little café for breakfast! Find your table, and browse the menu, and head on up to the counter to order. They have everything you could want for breakfast… pancakes, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and even quiche! They’ve got some great pastries as well, including massive croissants. The café is decorated super cute, an old home converted to a café. I loved sitting on the old porch. Highly recommend!

Egg sandwiches were Delish. Got a cinnamon bun to go, which tasted Oddly like garlic or onion. Almost like the cinnamon dough was mixed with bagel dough or rolled in spices. Bleh. Cute place. Long line but fast delivery of to go food. Free water too! Love that.

This place is good. Good vibe, good food, good prices, and good people. Can’t ask for much more than that. Besides outdoor seating… which they have plenty of. Really surprised to have found this spot not far outside Arches National Park(less than 5 miles). We didn’t want to grab fast food or something over-priced and mediocre after hiking around so we Unilocaled and found Eklecticafe. Eklecticafe hit the spot. The Huevos Rancheros($ 9) are awesome and the green chile sauce has a great flavor. Love that they give you chips to dip into the leftovers. The eggs, potatoes, and toast with salmon patty($ 10) was also good. Besides the salmon patty being a little bland, overall the food was awesome and a nice surprise along our route. I hear they have a solid Chai Tea with almond milk. I was tempted… maybe next time.

Having driven all night from Salt Lake City to Moab, Utah(six-hour drive!), then sleeping in, by the time we awoke, we had a hankering for some good vegan food! But, «where to go?» I asked the locals. They all said, «Eklecticafe!» And, so, we went. I really love this little town. Moab, Utah is this magical place with beautiful red-rock cliffs and some of the most unique rock formations in the world. It’s a tourist destination for a number of outdoor sports including hiking, rock climbing, and BASE jumping, which is why we were there. The people who live here are outdoorsy people — low-key and down-to-earth. This café reflects Moab very well. True to its name, Eklecticafe is eclectic. Outside and inside, it is very colorful with plants galore! Inside, they sell artwork such as jewelry and pottery from all around the country including some local artists. The menu had a number of items that were vegan or could be veganized like scrambled tofu, tofu wrap, veggie wrap and PB&J. We placed our orders and went outside. They have a great patio where you can enjoy the nice Moab weather. In fact, this little birdie came to visit. I ordered the Indonesian Satay and it was delicious! Over Indonesian-style rice with peas and raisins was tofu marinated in Braggs and topped with a peanut sauce. It was served with pickled cucumber. This really hit the spot. I felt like I could have sat there all day, but we had hiking to do. We didn’t stay for long, but really loved this place. It is low-key, the service is fine, and the prices are fine as well. Oh, and the food was great! Definitely a must-visit in Moab. Just be aware that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. And be sure to check out the oversized steaming cup of tea on the way out!

This café in Moab was aesthetically pleasing from the outside, looking in. Very Moab. Very Eclectic. So desert. I ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon and cheese, because it felt right. Why did it feel right? Because I was about to hike the majestic delicate arch in a million degree hell heat, and I needed some carbs. I deserved a mass amount of carbs. The cutie at the counter was very helpful, and attentive. She seemed to have her footing. My sandwich was delicious, my friend got a giant breakfast burrito which she devoured. The hot sauce options were abundant. The patio was adorable. I would eat more carbs here.

The name of this place definitely hits the nail on the head. An eclectic little café right off main street, with some seriously delicious food. I had to try the cinnamon roll, it was way worth it. The only down-side is that there just wasn’t enough seating. We were puppy-guarding a table and then got packed in like sardines.

3.5 stars! We came here to have some brunch. The place is indeed eclectic, as it says in their name. The garden in the front is actually quite beautiful and there’s a large fountain with water and steam wafting out. There’s also an interesting moving turning metal flower sculpture that’s kind of mesmerizing. There are prayer flags out on the outside patio area. You order inside at the counter. Breakfast is served all day(but I think they close at 230). I opted for the breakfast plate with eggs made to order, toast, potatoes, and a salmon patty. My friend ordered their breakfast burrito. They gave us a plastic apple(as opposed to a number) and that’s how the server would know how to find us. We sat outside — it was a beautiful day and we could enjoy the garden. We sat at the covered bar overlooking the garden and Main Street. My eggs over medium were cooked perfectly. The potatoes were seasoned and pretty tasty. The wheat bread toast, which I’m not sure what it was but seemed homemade and had nuts in it which gave it a great texture. The salmon patty wasn’t amazing but gave the plate balance with some additional protein. It wasn’t fishy or anything, but perhaps a tad bland. I added hot sauce to it and that made it a lot better. My friend did not like her burrito. It wasn’t like a typical breakfast burrito. It was in a wheat tortilla and had brown rice and pinto beans. There was egg in it too. And came with a side of salsa. But it wasn’t a very good burrito. It was a very healthy burrito, but that’s not what she wanted. Overall I liked my food and I enjoyed the quirky ambiance of this little café.
