Fast, courteous service! We were just driving through town and found this place on Unilocal! I had the Rueben, made just like I was craving… yummy and juicy! My husband had the roasted turkey — very good and it had cranberries with melted cheese! Delicious!

Great casual deli. You order at the counter then they call you when it’s ready. It does take a bit of time for them to make your sandwich but that’s because every ingredient is cut fresh when you order. I had the veggie sandwich + turkey and my husband had the Reuben. Both were delicious and we’re definitely worth the ~10 min. wait.

Delicious and generous-portioned sandwiches. But one employee was a no-show so one very dedicated employee was taking orders AND making all the food. We loved our sandwiches, nonetheless.

Service was ridiculously slow. One person was making all the orders. My husband was ordering when the phone rang and the person interrupted us to take another order. He got so fed up he left. Our food took a long time. While we were waiting a family of 5 came in and were told it would be over a 20 minute wait so they left. My Giro salad was good but average.

I had the Italian meatball and my wife had the BLT, both were outstanding! The woman working was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back next time we pass through Moab.

Service was soooooooooooooo slow. Like ridiculous for a deli. We waited over 30 mins for 2 salads. There was 2 people working. One was working hard to making all. the food and coffee. The other who knows… Just don’t expect to grab a quick sandwich or salad. Be prepared for a long wait. The salads were good though. Fresh ingredients and made fresh. The lady was nice and working her butt off. The guy was a bit cold and wasn’t helping her make food even though they were obviously running behind.

In a town with few top-notch dining options, we’ve found one here! The sandwiches were DELICIOUS(Three Little Pigs and Italian Hero.) Ingredients seemed very FRESH, sides were yummy and restaurant was IMMACULATE. The husband and wife owners are really nice and obviously care about their product and customers. This is refreshing, whether in a small town or big city. If waiting 20 minutes for a delicious meal annoys you, this is not your place. Just go to Subway… My wife LOVED her fresh-brewed coffee — she knows her stuff. Thanks Pantele’s, we’ll see you next year! :) PS — see my other Moab reviews for the good and not-so-good in Moab.

Loved this little off the beaten path deli. My husband had pulled pork(*****) and I had the meatball sandwich. Both were excellent. The cookie at the end was one of the tastiest cookies we’ve ever bitten into. The only downside was there was a little bit of a wait longer than we had hoped for to get our food. But worth it when we bit into it.

This is my number one place to eat when I’m in Moab. My favorite is the pulled pork, or maybe the brisket sandwich, or maybe the macadamia nut cookies, I just cant decide. They use fresh ingredients, unique breads and they always make me feel at home. Cant wait to return!

Gyro was pretty bomb. I have to say though, their portions are great. My mom got a half salad/half sandwich combo(Greek antipasto, which had plenty of feta and great red olives, yum!), and they were way larger than half portions. You get quite a bit with that combo. Definitely worth a stop if you want to grab a quick bite before heading back out to Arches National Park.

Excellent sandwiches, very friendly staff. We were in Moab for a week and we got lunch there twice. Once we took them on a picnic and another time we ate in the restaurant. Try the Italian Hero or the Veggie Sandwich.

Gyro was very good, potato salad a little bland. Grilled cheese was excellent but would skip the bacon as it was undercooked. Overall perfect portion meal after a morning of hiking.

Off the main street but well worth seeking out. I had the loaded potato soup and my wife had a Cobb salad. Both were excellent. Don’t judge this deli by it’s outward appearance. Owned by a young couple for the last three years. This place was obviously a locals delight judging by the crowd.

Good gyro. Apparently they had had to butcher the lamb after I placed my order, because it took awhile– but chill… you’re in Moab, man. Yes, the owner’s kid is coloring at the table next to yours– go ahead, talk to him, and embrace this experience.

The three little pigs and the Cobb salad sandwich were excellent. Been coming to Moab a long time and have so many places we like to come to when in town, but this one takes the cake for our favorite lunch spot now!

Stopped by on vacation, wanted a gyro but they were out. Wanted bubble tea but were out. I ordered the veggie sandwich and it totally redeemed the restaurant. Loved the crunchy fresh veggies and the bread was absolutely amazing.

This place was incredible! I had the gyro and my mom had the pulled pork, both amazing. It takes a bit to get the food but it’s worth the wait, and the woman who runs the place is great to chat to, very friendly! If I ever come back to Moab I’ll come to try something new!

If you got time to sit down and relax and want fresh, homemade food, this is the place to stop. It’s a small, local«ma and pop», with food that looks and tastes homemade, it just takes a little longer to prepare, since it’s all made by the one kitchen girl. The loaded baked potato soup was fantastic and the garden veggie sandwich was very fresh. Afterword…within a few few hours I got a personal reply to my review, from the owner herself, apologizing for our wait! No apologies, your food was great… I was just keeping it real for the other hurried Americans, who are used to instant gratification. Quality takes a little more time and the time was not unreasonable, for the quality.

We hoped to grab a quick bite to go at Pantele’s Desert Deli. Only it took about 25 minutes. I thought I’d keep it simple with a turkey sandwich. It was a bit dry, but otherwise ok. My husband ordered a salad that came with brisket. Though, he overlooked that tidbit. It would have been better with chicken. Brisket is great for BBQ not so great on a salad. 2.5 Stars
