It’s a comfort suites, if you want posh, pay for it. Room was decently clean and was certainly cheap enough. I paid $ 45 a night on Priceline Express Deals. I haven’t tried the breakfast but I’m sure it’s the usual waffle/​powdered egg faire. Bed is comfortable, room seems clean… for the price, I’d stay here again.
