Horrible. My husband was served ham that was clearly off. They brought out different food, without admitting fault, but charged him full price for the meal. Bad service, bad food. We will not be going back.

My husband and three year old daughter visited this location on a slow night. There were many servers, but I guess we got the one who didn’t feel like doing her job. My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant industry for many many years. This is why we were shocked that the service was completely absent. Our server dropped off our food, didn’t check on us although it just so happened we needed more butter, then dropped off the check without saying a word. We had to yell across the nearly empty restaurant to ask a different server for a to-go box. We left a tip only because they pool tips here, or else there’s no world where that service deserves any tip. The ONLY reason this location gets more than one star from me is because our food was good.

Our family of four just walked out after sitting at a table for 10 minutes. During that time period, at least four different servers walked all around our table and the manager walked through our section. No one acknowledged us or even took our drink orders. Terrible service!

You it is so nice to go to a place where the wait staff is so NICE! Ask for Renee!!! She is top notch and if you are a regular, she remembers your order! Food ain’t bad either! Enjoy your breakfast!

This location is always busy but good food! The service could be better half the time but I think it’s because they are always so busy. Love their country fried steak and chicken fried chicken

You know what you’re getting with cracker barrel, and our grandparents love the place. It is a decent comfort food spot, and I usually get breakfast regardless of the time of day. My 6 year old and I split the Momma’s french toast breakfast and it filled us both up. Only negative is that sides are very small portions. My fried apples was a particularly skim portion, so the waitress kindly brought another bowl after I brought it to her attention. Service is always friendly

I ate at this Cracker Barrel for the first time this week. Firstly and most important the company was wonderful, I was with a dear relative. The atmosphere was good and the service was great. We shared our breakfast. However, my food wasn’t hot, really it was barely luke warm. I have many friends and relatives that just love this place, I just don’t see the attraction. Also, I love onions and I love hash browns, I just don’t like them together for breakfast. Probably won’t come back. Also, don’t care for the smokers gathered by the entrance.

I will never understand why people like this place. Go to wallmart get industrial cans of corn, gravy, and green beans then a can of biscuits and you have Cracker Barrel. The only thing they do have going for them is they are the most aptly named restaurant of all time. I gave up on cafeteria food when I graduated high school. If you have not, then this is the place for you.

Breakfast is good here — if you’re hungry. But stop there. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants — but I ate here for lunch a week or so ago because I wanted some biscuits and apple butter. Yes — I wanted biscuits and apple butter for lunch — so — sue me. As I remembered from previous breakfast experiences — they were WONDERFUL. But the rest of the food was terrible — barely edible. I ate the biscuits and apple butter and pretty much left the rest on the plate. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot — it is a chain after all — but I expected to be able to eat it! So — stick with breakfast and go somewhere else for the rest of your meals!

Good, filling breakfast goodies. Eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy, and on request apple butter. Yum! Their orange juice is also good. Don’t forget to check out the store!

Grits, gravy ‘n biscuits. Don’t forget golf tee logic puzzles. I’m still working on that hopscotch triangle one… At any rate, this down-home restaurant and attached widget and toy store is a Southeast megachain that the West has yet to see. I’m betting mutual benefit could come from a trade of some Cracker Barrel magic for some of the In-N-Out braintrust.
