VIP Nails and Spa

I have been going to a different salon across town for months to get my SNS gel nails done. They always last at least 4 weeks until I get them redone due to length. I was too worn out for the drive one day and decided I would go here to get my nails done since it is right next to my house. I was so excited they had the dipping powder AND it was $ 10 cheaper than usual. Everything seemed the same and the girl was great and I left satisfied.
Well, it’s only been a week (8 days) since I went here to get my nails done. The gel part is far too thin and I’ve already broken THREE nails in half. The first one broke the very next day. I am so ticked that I didn’t make the longer drive last week. It would have been well worth the drive and the extra $ 10. I’m not sure what was done different but I will not be going back.

Place was hot– there were a few flies flying around when I walked in –they are sandwiched between a little Caesars pizza and a Chinese restaurant. A big turn off walked back out. New name is: TOP NAILS 3

I have been searching for the perfect pedicure for a long time. I have tried several salons in town and although I have found one place that I like very much, it doesn’t light a candle to the pedicure I just received from Kristy. The VIP area had spa music and very comfortable chairs. There are even curtains to separate each chair, so you are offered the utmost privacy. I upgraded to the Nu pedicure for $ 40 total, and it is so worth it. The products are high quality, and the massages seemed endless. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the first-​class customer service I received. I will definitely be back in two weeks for my next pedicure. I think my search for the most relaxing, high quality yet affordable pedicure has finally ended in success. Thanks VIP Nails!
Only one less than par experience when I got a Nu pedicure by V. Polish chipped within a week really badly. Any time Kristy does my pedicures or manicures, the experience is enjoyable and the polishes last a long time.

I wouldn’t even give this place that one star… I’ve been coming to VIP for several years and was always pleased with the services I received… This last time I went I experienced the worst service I’ve ever had, ever. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl who did them burnt my forehead and completely jacked my eyebrows. Never going there again and will NOT recommend this place ever again.
