i feel they don’t care when i first call to get price i was told by young lady 32,99 after coupon on line i get there and a man tells me no way $ 49,99 bait and swtich now a month later this batteries are not holding charge or keep charge for my mobility scooter which i suffer from multiple sclerosis, i told the man i would have to pay 65.00 to have a tech remove them his answer is bring em and we test them for 24 hours and then we tell what we will do!!! who does this i am disabled this is why i need a scooter i will be sharing this on facebook tweeter linkin in i have ove 5000 friends and family will be calling and posting on your site you casting me now we will see how lose;s more i will just go some where else and lose my $ 110.00 which i don’t have now since am on ssi this is very bad bisness i get better service at the city dump than here i hope the owner of this place really thinks and trains his people

Smelly black female, gross smoker sits outside smoking until hou go in store and yhan doesnt know products. As she is just self absorbed person. The male I spoke to on phone had my battery, she didnt have a clue. As im sitting outside writing this she’s back at smoking again! Dirty!

I won’t shop here again because the man who helped us was very rude and condescending. When we parked in front of the store, he was outside smoking, so we had to breathe his secondhand smoke as a welcome. (No business should allow smoking right outside its front doors, let alone by employees. It looks and smells bad, and is a dirty, disgusting habit.) He came inside and waited on us, acting annoyed that we had interrupted his smoke break. He proceeded to be very rude and bullyish because I wasn’t sure exactly what type of batteries I needed. We thought we had brought the old ones so we could get the same thing, but it turned out we had brought in the wrong batteries. This guy acted like he doesn’t like to deal with women and was a royal jerk. He treated us like dumbasses, and we go the impression that he just wanted us to leave. So, he’ll get his wish: This was the first and only time we will patronize this business.

I just had my screen for my iPhone 5 fixed by Diego one of the Best Sales Service Agents at Batteries Plus Bulbs! I originally went in to get a wach battery until Diego saw my iPhone screen and told me about their new service. Thanks!

Good store and people were cool but more so the young lady.
I dislike their policy.
I paid cash for my item but when I had to return it they couldn’t give me cash back, they had to issue a check and top it off had me wait 2 days.
They get their money right away but u have to wait for yours.
Not the workers fault.

So pleased with this specialty store as I never knew it existed. I had called in advance & not only got a live person but a very nice one at that. He (Nathan) knew exactly what I needed and was even more helpful when I arrived in person. All the employees were very nice & courteous to the customers & to each other. They have every battery, plug, light bulb and even fix cell phones. Having a mobility scooter battery in stock was a life-​saver.

I was driving by, looking for batteries for a camera (that no one seems to stock any longer) and found exactly what I was looking for here.
In the last three weeks, I’ve found that in six other trips there, they have everything from LED light bulbs; most types of batteries, large and small — including automotive and boat batteries; rechargeable batteries for everything from most of the popular shop tools, ultra-​high candlepower lights, solar-​powered lights, cell phones, flashlights, cameras, etc; bulbs for all varieties of flashlights thus far, they’ve had the perfect replacement for every item I’ve sought (and have been unable to find at hardware stores, including Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Orchard Hardware and Supply).
Here’s the list of items I’ve purchased from them in the past three weeks, and I mention this because most of these items have sat in storage or been unusable for lack of the right battery or bulb; the list includes other hard-​to-​find items I needed for our home in Modesto:
Battery for a rechargeable high-​power LED flashlight;
Battery for rechargeable visual-​range security lights (solar powered);
Batteries for rechargeable infrared security lights (solar powered);
Battery for 2 different types of cell phones;
Battery (lithium) for various weapon lights;

Batteries (long-​life 9-​volt) for thermostats, watering system, and security systems;
Batteries (lithium) for stand-​alone home security devices;

Batteries for rechargeable backup power supply for home security system;
Batteries for rechargeable backup power supply for home computer CPU, monitor, scanner, and laser printer.
LED lamp bulbs for home use in «can» light fixtures;

LED lamp bulbs for home furniture and floor lights;
LED lamp bulbs for track lighting (operate at low temperatures);

Auto battery for a 1990 Honda Accord.
Thus far, I’ve been unable to stump them. They’ve given me great advice, too.
I highly recommend these fine people and this excellent store.
