I just recently purchased my prom dress here last week and it was my first time shopping at Bianca’s bridal. They have a great selection of dresses and I was helped right away. The worker who assisted me, Elsie, was very helpful in fitting my dresses and picking out different styles. I was able to find my dress within an hour of looking around and I had an overall great experience.

It was very pretty inside and a wide variety of dresses, but not for a plus size woman. Although we made an appointment, it was not private. There were only two wedding stands to see a full 360 of the dress and where the family of the bride can sit but there were at least 5 other brides there to try on dresses. It was extremely crowed and we had to move every few seconds to let someone pass. Also, we made an appointment specifically so we can have someone there to help pick out the dress, but the lady just told us to look and went off. Very disappointed

I loved my dress it looked perfect after alteration everything was the exact thing that I wanted. The employees are really kind and helpful. They helped me pick the best dress that fits me. I love their customer service.

Went here yesterday to look at prom dresses with my daughter and her friends. They do not cater to plus sizes. Their highest size was a 16. I was not greeted when I walked in the door. Nor did anyone come to me and asked if I need assistance. We stayed 15 minutes and left. We won’t be back.

This was my first and only store that I shopped at for my wedding dress. I had made my appointment at a bridal show and upon walking was helped by Jasmin. I had no idea what to expect as this was my first time shopping here. Jasmin showed me where the dresses I liked where after telling her what I wanted for my dress. I picked out a few and she did as well. I literally only tried on 4 dresses when she found the perfect dress for me. It was everything that I wanted and was a perfect fit. She was able to tell my style and what would look best on me immediately. I highly recommend her as I came in looking for my dress and found it by the fourth one. She made it a wonderful experience that every bride should have.

Just took my daughter to biancas to look for a prom dress. Every associate was very helpful and friendly. You can tell that they all work well together as a team. Of all the dresses my daughter chose the one that was recommended by her consultant. Ignore any negative feedback you have seen. I’ve learned not to trust rumors.

: upon arriving, we did not know what to expect. It was fairly easy to find as well. My sister-​in-​law had an appointment with Ashley. She asked her to fill out a form which asked for the style she was looking for, color, etc. We picked out 5 dresses that we liked and then Ashley chose some off of a few additional questions that she asked. I could not believe how helpful she was and all of the advice that she gave as well. She was attentive to my sister-in-law’s requests. We decided to go with a beautiful mocha/​champagne colored wedding dress! It was beautiful and we couldn’t have done it without Ashley. I highly recommend her to any bride trying to find the perfect wedding dress. I would also like to note that all of the women working were also very nice.

I have come here for both my prom & now my wedding dress. I was able to find the perfect prom dress because of Cristy and she also helped me find my wedding dress! I am beyond happy with my wedding dress and I cannot wait till I can get it :))))
