Food was good but it was Ok. Not a pleasant experience. I would have taken my lunch home if that’s where I was headed, but I was going to run my errands after lunch. They had sports on tv and it was way too loud. I am completely deaf in one ear so I can’t imagine how loud it actually was. Asked the girl behind counter if she could turn it down, but she said she couldn’t. Apparently not down but they sure could turn it up, twice after that.

I’ve NEVER been happy at this particular location. I have given it a shot 3 times. One time an employee gave us an extra burger and came by 5 minutes later and plucked it off our tray while we had it at our table.(to give to someone else? Gross) I tried a California burrito, it was all onions and they tried to tell us that was pico de gaio. I don’t know how they’re still around. Oh yeah, freeway traffic. Good luck, and may the odd be forever in your favor.

Today I decided I’d try the«All Natural Burger», because it’s a limited time burger and being the burger-fanatic I am I have to try them all. So I went in and immediately was ignored by the cashier. I patiently waited for about a minute and a half then she finally took my order. I ordered just the burger nothing special added, no fries, and no drink. The total came out to $ 7.09 which instantly shocked me at the price for just a simple burger, but I know how expensive Carls Jr. is so I paid the 7 dollars and sat down. I received my burger in about 5 minutes and dug in. If you don’t know what’s in the burger it’s a natural(Grass-fed, no added hormones, and no added steroids) charbroiled beef patty, with red onions, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mustard, mayo, and ketchup with a freshly baked bun. Back to my story. The burger looked exactly like the picture which was interesting, because I don’t come across burgers like that too often. Unfortunately it didn’t taste as good as it looked. The patty was thin, and chewy, and the red onion took your breathe away(not in a good way). They hardly gave me any ketchup and mustard and drowned the top of the burger in mayo. For a second I thought I was at Burger King. Definitely not worth 7 dollars, and I’d never order that burger again. Carls Jr. didn’t lose me as a customer, because they do have some good burgers on the menu but I was quite disappointed with the«All Natural Burger».

The employees at this Carl’s Jr on Pellandale and Sisk Road are running some type of racket always trying to overcharge me for the same item. Three weeks ago a guy there told me it was $ 4.36 and last week a female tried to charge me $ 4.22 when it is suppose to be $ 3.88!

I was told by three different people it would be just a minute before I could order inside the restaurant, but it was much longer than that and there was no line and few others eating there. They were not very friendly and got my order wrong.

One star because you have to put a star. I worked at carls and this is not how the food should be. My chili fries were made with taco meat instead of chili and my husband burrito was almost paper thin. The service was not with smiles, lady at drive thru was the cheeriest and then when I called to tell them about my chili fries the lady named Loretta that talked to me was rude. When I managed a carls this was not how we acted and treated our customers. I get that ppl make errors but to then be rude that I noticed the error?! Never going back!

Low traffic customer service was friendly. As it should be. My main thing though was everything was cooked properly, and no gross feeling afterwards you usually get from eating fast food, when your use to home cooked meals. I work nearby and will be returning occasionally. Crisp cuts & a #3 on sourdough.

The best Carls Jr I’ve been to ! Food Tastes amazing ! Customer service is the best ! Cheryl or A worker the a name with a C was on top of her job ! She was making sure we were good ! She made sure our order was correct and out food was prepared as we liked it, I appreciated that! There needs to be more people like that around! I will definitely be coming back to this location !

Recently was my second time visit to this location, each time this place was super clean dinning area. The staff was very tentative to our needs and concerned to know if all was well with the meal. This was a second satisfying visit the order was correct and hot, very very pleased with the service will highly recommend. Spoke with the general regarding the crew/staff they try to please everyone, but that is an impossible task.

Love the criss cut fries. And I also love the green burrito. I haven’t had a bad experience and I’ve been here many times. However, it sucks that the green burrito closes at midnight. I didn’t know Cinderella was working there!

For some odd reason I get this urge to have Carl’s Junior, not sure if its this location or all but this particular location is JUNK! The burgers are always burnt to a crisp, they food is really expensive, they charge you for every single dip you ask for, the employees are rude… this list can go on and on! And please someone tell me… why do their hamburgers NOT look like the ones on the signs/commercials, false advertisment! And why is it called a 6 dollar burger when it comes out to 7 or 8???

Lets hope this one doesn’t get filtered… ill try and not hurt anyones feelings EVENIFTHEYDO A LOUSYJOB… because everyone is a winner. Difficult to communicate with staff due to language barrier Staff prefer to communicate to each other in a foreign language that will remain nameless. Burgers…Dry. Not the drippy mess I loved CJ for in the past. Order accuracy is low. Good Enough Unilocal PC Police?

I came to try out the new chicken tenders and went through the drive thru… the guy attending me charged me an extra .50¢ for the dip… no big deal, at the order window he said $ 10.41 when I got the pick up window he said $ 10.97…what gripes me is that he didn’t bother adding some friggin napkins! Come on! Do I need to ask for f***ing napkins for crying out loud! Just throw some in there! I just ordered some greasy ass food!!! The least you can do is add napkins! Shall I keep going with the napkins!??

ordinarily I would say how great this carls breakfast steak burrito is. but today was completely different story. after waiting for ten minutes in the driveup order line at 630am I decided to leave. with no one in sight when I drove in and no one in sight when I drove out. I figured it wasnt safe to eat here. I just didn’t want to eat food prepared by someone who may be using their hands for more enjoyable purposes and therefore unavailable for food related activities. You know like working and serving food. who knows where the wondering hands of food workers go when business is slow. I think it is time to not ever eat here. I am not that desparate to eat a curly hair burrito, even though this is a 24 hour drive in, i can easily go elsewhere.

I was driving around town and was getting kind of hungry. Carl’s Jr.‘s fries went through my mind. They have the best fries in town in my opinion. I saw they were advertising a steak sandwich. I remember many years ago that they had a steak sandwich that was absolutely awesome so I thought, it’s back, yea. So I ordered it with fries and a coke. The fries were great as always and that’s about all I ever order from a fast foodie place. The sandwich??? I wouldn’t call it that. My first bite should have been my last. It was burned on the outer edges, very red in the middle and it was so stringy that I couldn’t even chew it. The advertisement showed a piece of steak about ½ inch thick. This poor excuse for steak was less than ¼ inch thick. This was so bad that after trying to eat at least a quarter of it I couldn’t take any more. Took it up to the counter, showed it to the girl and asked to see the manager. I was informed that the manager was out and there was nothing she could do about it. So I just laid it down on the counter and walked out. Oh ya, the coke was watered down, tasted very flat. Minus the one star I gave it and 4 thumbs down. It’s a good thing that I carry some tums in my car because by the time I got home I needed them.
