I went to this location a last week and ordered the same thing I have gotten for the past 15+ years. I left and sat down to eat it; after the first bite I realized that there was an extra ingredient that I’ve never had on my sandwich before. I went back to the counter, and politely asked them to look at my sandwich and see that there in fact was an extra ingredient. The cashier told me that is how the sandwich is made. I told him that for over 15 years I’ve gotten the same thing and never once have I had this type of sauce on it. He then got his manager, and she informed me that I was wrong, and that this sandwich had been prepared this way for as long as the sandwich was released. So I said, «so your telling me that for over 15 years they have been incorrectly making my sandwich and NOT adding this sauce at all locations around California!!!» She said I guess so. I got extremely frustrated and asked that they remake my sanwich, and they refused! Needless to say, I will never be returning to this Carl’s jr ever again! Terrible customer service, terrible management, best avoid!

Food is good but, Who charges over $ 10 to $ 13 for a combo miniumum wages is lower here in this city

I came here because they were running a special on famous stars (2 for $ 4), I got 6 of them plus a Big Carl combo with onion rings and an additional side of fries, and was able to satisfy everyone’s hunger for around $ 20. Anytime I can feed my entire family for less than $ 5 per person; I consider it to be a good deal. We sat down and within 5 minutes;the food was at our table. The burgers were huge and tasted delicious, and the onion rings and fries were cooked just right, golden brown and piping hot. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because the woman who took my order didn’t listen and kept screwing up my burgers, and because the tables didn’t have any napkins in the dispensers.

I come here all the time specially since they have the check in app, I work in the mall as well and they are always great and fast.

The food is okay. I was expecting better sized chicken strips for my money. Probably won’t come again.

I do not usually visit the Vintage Faire mall due to the prices of the food court, but my wife needs her shopping. Whilst i was walking through the mall, I saw a young man walking to work in his Carl’s Jr. uniform though, which astounded me because I didn’t know there was a CJ’s in there. I asked him where the store was located and he very kindly offered to show me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two of the very friendly staff. I believe her name was Julie that took my order, and asked if I would like to try their charbroiled fish, but I politely declined. She was very friendly while waiting for me to look over the menu and decide what i wanted. I finally decided on the big carl combo. I got it large since i was fairly hungry. She gave me my soda and my number, and I looked for a seat. As soon as I had gotten my drink and went to sit down, there was an employee bringing me my order. That was fast. My table was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the customer service was great. ⁵⁄₅ will definitely look forward to the dreaded trips to the mall from now on. Thanks Julie!

Having the Hardee’s breakfast items makes a big difference. The Hardee’s biscuits are better than anyone else’s and the biscuits and gravy are really good. Real sausage in the gravy.

My husband and I really enjoy this particular Carls Jr. because the food is always excellent and the service we receive is wonderful!

Yes its fast food, but I always feel like i’ve gotten my money’s worth here! The Crispy Swiss Chicken is my fave, but i don’t like the new fries!
