Let me just say this place is so nasty the food has no flavor it’s just so gross I will never ever order from here again. The only thing good here is how nice the people are beside that the food sucks here

I have been eating here since I was a little kid, so I will always have a spot in my heart for this place. They are family owned and much better than similar restaurants in the area

Wow this was one of the worst foods I had in a long time … the chow mein looked and tasted like over cooked Top Ramen… the garlic chicken taste like it was dipped in egg Foo young gravy and the fried rice had a bit to much soy sauce in it … wasn’t happy and will never go back …

So i got a delivery, worst food ever. Old dry fly rice, chowmen super mushy, egg rolls taste soggy and oily, The chicken in the chicken foil had cartilage in it. nasty nasty! I made them come pick up there food and give me my money back… Poor customer service, they forgot my order, and they said the spring roll is there egg roll. So if u order spring rolls expect a egg roll. If you like Chinese food, DNT GO HERE !!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Having eaten at several hundred different Chinese places over the course of the last 10 years, this was in the top three worst. The chow mein managed to be both over and under cooked depending on which bite you were taking. The sweet and sour chicken was essentially fat pieces, and the skewer appetizer was so tough it was inedible. The egg flower soup was actually respectable.

I’ve ordered delivery three times now and it’s been great. On my last order the Mongolian Beef was way spicier than mild and instead of pot stickers I got a combo order of Mongolian beef. I’ve been craving pot stickers ever since… Delivery takes about 40 minutes. It estimates an hour but they’re always quicker. It’s becoming our favorite Chinese delivery.

Ordered delivery and arrived on time. Was pretty good but some things were dry or cold. Not sure if I’d go again. Nothing was good as left overs (usually the bonus part of Chinese food).

The food is wonderful and a great price! You get a lot for your money. I also love that they deliver!

Never again… The delivery girl didn’t give me my change back and just left cuz I was in my pjms in a hotel so I couldn’t do anything… And they didn’t give us any chopsticks or fork or spoon, we couldn’t eat at all… And we had to buy some forks, and the kong pao chicken, I barely saw any chicken, just some cucumbers and onion… Never again

For almost 20 years off and on my friends and family have the food from this place. Never again. On Monday Jan. 4, 2016 we got an order for 4 people which always was enough for us and our 8 kids with leftovers. We only was able to portion out very little with no extra. If that would have been all then I would have brought it up to them, however it was the quality of the food that killed it. Very small potions and poor quality. Teriyaki chicken was like eating jerky with no sauce baked in, it was on the side, noodles had no flavor and the sweet and sour was soggy and chewy. My wife saved enough for work the next day and she said it was nauseating after reheated.
Bottom line, I could have done better with Panda Express and they are gross. Not sure why this happened, but I don’t care now, you can’t fail on every level and expect a good result.

My family ordered delivery here on a Sunday night because nobody felt like cooking, or driving, and I was extremely impressed. The woman on the phone was very friendly and happy to answer the questions I had about substitutions, and it took about 40 minutes to deliver, which isn’t bad at all for Chinese delivery. The food was fresh and hot when it arrived, and the man who delivered it was very friendly as well. Portion sizes are great for the price, and all the food itself was really tasty. Friendly staff, good food, and good prices. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting Chinese food delivery!

We have ordered from here a couple times. It is actually the only Chinese food we order! My kids love it and request it on a weekly basis. I really enjoy the sweet and sour and everyone else loves the chicken skewers. And the delivery driver is always so sweet!

Decided to try this place since it was on the way to the in-​laws. Like that you can order online. Had the orange chicken, chow mien, and fried rice. They gave us huge portions on our to– go order. Everything was really good but the chow mien kind of lacked flavor. My daughter had the potstickers and she really liked them. I tried them and I thought they were great too. I think we will come back and try other entrée’s. But I know now not to order the chow mein again.

I have no idea why this place has stars AT ALL! Honestly, this is the worst Chinese food I have had in my life. It was not what I expected, just… Disgusting. To make matters worse, we got take out & our car was filled with a nasty Chinese food stench for an entire 4 days. I’m surprised this place hasn’t gone out of business.

Nasty Nasty Nasty! Ordered orange chicken and had to throw it out it was so tough my animal wouldn’t eat it!
Stop saving yesterday’s food and re-​heating it you tightwads!!! I have been here before and loved the food, so I don’t know what the hell is going on… ridiculous.

Randomly decided to try tonight — & for a random hole in the wall, my boyfriend and I loved it! If you’re in a rush, DONT COME HERE because there was definitely a group of people waiting just for take-​out pick ups. Service could be better, but I understand, the phone rang non stop the entire time! I got the Mongolian shrimp & literally got 6 shrimp, was kinda bummed on that but everything was delicous! Will definitely have again!

This is my families go to Chinese restaurant! We love the #21. So yummy. Good prices and even better food. Giant portion sizes. Great leftovers. I will always compare other Chinese food to this place. This is the standard all other Chinese should live up to!

If your looking for cheaper fast and greasy Chinese food, this is your stop. Nothing special at all. Some members of my family like the war wonton soup, and that’s all they’ll order.

Ughhhh. Omg this is our 2^nd and last visit. Last time we thought its grossness may be a fluke. How nasty.
We ordered chicken and mushrooms — mushrooms taste like they are from a can. Chow mein is DRY. sweet and sour pork is inedible, chewy garbage. I’m staring at my plate just sad. I’m so hungry I’ll probly eat the fried rice and soup. But my god, how in the hell is this place rated 4 stars? I understand were in modesto and rather limited with good eats. But, really folks???
