I purchased an Emerson Tv from Walmart back in March by July tv stopped working. Was given this shop’s name by the manufacturer. I took it there on July 22, 2015. We were helped by Ken, he took our tv and said it would be repaired. He call us back when it was done. Weeks passed by and no call. We called Ken back and he said parts were not in yet. This has been going on for months. In the meantime I contacted Emerson and they said parts were shipped. But when i spoke to Ken he said it wasn’t true. He told me he would speak to the owner and call me back. No calls for Ken. Its now 5 months and no TV. I called the company 2x’s today and no answer. I contacted Emerson who told me Ken said our tv is not at their location. WTF! Now City Electronics STOLED my tv!!! I im beyond upset, im taking this to our local TV station. How can they do this to their customer is beyond me. Im still paying for a tv that i do not have.

This place has had my tv for 4 months now. Everytime I call the repair guy he tells me he has to talk to the owner about the power supply that they ordered that hasn’t showed up. Each time he tells me he will call me back(a month of that)…nothing. No updates. I am picking my tv up and going somewhere else. Completely ridiculous. Update: Took my TV to a place down the road and they ordered the parts(the 4 month wait mind you) and repaired the TV in 3 days.

I called for repair on my old LEDTV; gave symptoms of phone. Repairman told me how much and suggested I not throw money away on it. Very HONEST. I appreciated his friendliness and candor.

My TV repair took 7 weeks. I believe that they were waiting for the vendor to send them the items. The whole problem is that it takes an arm and leg to get a hold of them. I had to call them for updates and not the other way around.
