Express

What a great bunch of people! If you want to have a leisurely and stress free shopping experience, this store is definitely a must visit. Lizette went the extra mile to make sure I had the perfect outfit for an upcoming party.

Hmmmm, where do I start!!! The express here in Modesto has no customer service, the employees are really rude. I do not even believed that they should get any stars. I closed my express account with them just cause of the Modesto store. They treat you like you have no money, look up and down at you when you walk in oh and if you are using a coupon that got email to you they are not able to accept it cause they are already having a sale. No where in the coupon states you can not use it on a sale item it only states on clearance. And if you get a gift do not bother going in cause they will not give you any sale price or coupon at all because you are not paying credit, cash or debit. So for now on if I do any shopping with express it will be online only!!! Customer be aware of the employees in Modesto at express in the vintage fair mall!!!

I love express-​clothing wise. This store made me want to keep express strictly an online experience for me. I asked the same girl twice to look up my sizes in the back and she took forever… the second time she said «whoops! I forgot again» to my face. She was an tall Asian chick with an obvious limited memory span. Anyway I hate to leave only 3 stars because I really do love the clothing here, but their customer service reps need to pick it up.

This is a decent store and it’s nice they’re local. I do have to say that they did disappoint me in their lack of larger sizes when they had one of their stellar sales. I guess I can’t blame them too much being that it is a sale period but wouldn’t a good store adjust their inventory to meet the demand?
In any case I was able to come back here after learning I picked the wrong product from their Pleasanton store. They happily exchanged it and had the size I needed. I’ll come back for more because now I am hooked on the clothing quality.

Bought a casual sport coat here and absolutely love it. They have some very nice men’s clothes in here. This is a place where I could actually see myself spending some time, at least looking around. The staff was very helpful and polite which was a breath of fresh air for a change. Will definitely go back again.
