Went in to buy halo: the master chief collection Was super excited and took it up to the counter and the lady who works there tells me «Do you want me to check if theres a used copy? I dont like selling people games that suck.» That was rude and extremely uncalled for. She could have just been nice and said that it would just save me a few buck to make the customer feel lile you’re looking out for them I think its time for the manager to clean house and not have such stuck up employees. If you dont like a game you can keep your opinion to yourself and just sell the game.

The place is nice overall it’s like any normal GameStop; however they don’t have any wii games I mean none. Not for the first edition wii anyway. It was pretty disappointing trying to find super Mario for wii only to realize they’ve made the wii wall a wii u wall. On the upside they’re always hiring so go on and apply.

Very, very SHADY employee we dealt with(might have been the manager). We asked for a wired Xbox controller and he points us to the most expensive one that comes with the micro usb cable. We ask – point blank – isn’t there other wired ones. His response, «no.» So we step to the side, look up what my little brother was mentioning regarding a cheaper version, and he finds the generic brand wired controller on the GameStop website. We ask the employee about it and he proceeds to showing us he did in fact have the cheaper wired controller. He then gave us some crap about dead zone to save himself and distract the from the issue. THEPOINT: You don’t try to sucker clients with the most expensive option possible. That’s not how you run an honest and ethical business. He could’ve shown us all of our options THEN explained the dead zone issue. DONOTDOBUSINESSHERE!

This game stop is OK I think I just have a problem with the girl that works there she’s always I mean always sarcastic and rude I thought it was me but after I walked in she just told a guy«oh by the way the line is over there» he was even confused she always say little smart remarks and it pretty annoying now.

Way too small. Some workers are bothersome. They try to make you spend more money then you want to. Bad location. Should’ve closed this location down instead of the Pelandale location.

Today I went in and sat down to speak with the new store manager Henry. He is definitely a customer service professional. I felt at ease an reassured my concerns with the past were important to him. After the meeting he invites me to take pictures of the store and post them up with whatever review I feel is warranted. I can tell with this face to face meeting Henry is a great manager and GameStop should be proud to have him. His employees were happy, had their game faces on(pun intended) and made the experience top notch. I didn’t even plan on buying anything while there, but because of the positive atmosphere and my gaming nature I had to get something. It should be mentioned Henry, the manager did not know I was coming, made time for me, still helped all his customers and made everyone feel welcome. Bravo Henry. I love the store the new feeling and your awesome management. Keep up the good work.

I dont know what Val is talking about, I know its her/him opinions. But to give it one star cuz of being small. Tho, sometimes they get busy with phone calls. Yes, this store is small. The girls that work there are great. they know the games they play. But when you go ask for Robert. If hes there.

Ppffft. What can I say… The store is so small that there really isn’t a good way to have a line and allow costumer to shop. Employees are not all that friendly or helpful. I almost feel like I’m a bother to help. This is why I will go out of my way to shop at other GameStop stores.
