Jack in the Box

Came in for my late lunch ordered a munch box meal and a spicy chicken sandwich with small fries only got the two sandwiches and ONE small fries paid that money didn’t get my two tacos or other set of fries had three girl and one guy at the window messing around signing very unprofessional never checked the bag cause they always have it right now I’m going back to work with my coworkers food missing smh

Ashley was fantastic. Super sweet customer service. Jack gets 3 stars usually but Ashley’s customer service gets them an extra star! Kudos to you girl. I hope your manager recognizes the good job you are doing.

The people here are nice but the food is terrible. My burger meat was so dry I almost choked! My taco was alright. You just can’t think of them as tacos and they taste pretty good. My soda was excellent. Jack in the box has really gone down hill. Maybe they should spend some money on there ingredients instead of advertising every five minutes late night. Or maybe the late night tweekers and stoners will eat anything? I knew I should have gone to marias across the street.

Just gone thru the drive thru about 4 or 5 times in the last few weeks and wanted to go out of my way to say «wow» these people are nice as all get out. I don’t expect (or get) much nice chat from people in the drive thru but someone is preaching it to these folks for they are all being polite as hell each and every day. Got to give the staff some props for doing a good job.

Man this place was like an encampment for homeless people. The customer service was great tho. I love how they’re open 24hrs and they serve bfast 24hrs. The waffle sandwich was hella good

Always friendly in the early morning when I get back from a call out and need a little pick me up!

I was craving some greasy fattening food so I thought I would stop by on my way home from work, As I walked in the guy at the counter asked the other employer «What I am suppose to do, there are customers at the counter?» She said, they are going to have to wait… without even greeting us and saying something that should have been said like «Im sorry, we are having some techincal problems with our computers and we will be with you shortly!» I just thought that was kind of rude!
Waiting for the employers to finish what they had to do, I am getting tackled by flies… I look up and there was at least 20 flies on the ceiling, NO LIE! Order our food and I thought about getting it for there to relax and sit down, but I try to find a table and every single table was dirty so I opted not to stay and take it home. Will I come back to this rude dirty infested with flies place? Ehhhh, Don’t think so!

Unilocalers don’t ever eat here! This is my favorite restaurant for morning junk. Well until today. I never Unilocaled this place because it was not listed on the Unilocal site and I had to manually input the business in.
So here goes, I drive up and see the cashier clean the flooor by hand using a towel. I think perhaps she will clean her hands before I get my food. NOOO. with her wet hands she picks up an orange juice and straw. The straw wrapper is of soaked with the liquid off her hands which came off the dirty towel that cleaned the floor. Should I stop and say this placed sucks… no not yet… I give her a five and ask for another straw. Thankfullly the straw wrapping is dry.
So the next step is to watch her wash her hands and of course that doesnt happen. I am very worried now. I didn’t want her touching any of the food directly. Which she cannot with the prewrapped breakfast burrito; I can live with that. Now she has to wash her hands… Please…oh nooo. she gets the hash brown bag scoops the hash brown from the bin and then because it is not full reaches in with her hand and gets another hash brown… oh how thoughtful… More crap from the floor on inedible hash browns.
So I leave, I avoid eating the hash brown… then I realize in all my disgust I didn’t get any change and definitely no reciept…
So heres the end of the story if you want to eat food that may have crap from the floor on it. Go to Jack In the box at 2044 w. orangeberg in modesto.
These are really sick people at this place. This is the last time I go to this unsanitary place.
Why do I always get the crappy people serving the food?
From now on, I am now going to IHOP that just opened up the street.
Today definitely SUCKS! Okay I said it twice this time. at least I didn’t say the Jack in the box at this particular Modesto location is phucked. Are you happy I kept my review clean?
