Horrible experience! My son and daughter in law bought a house from Mr. Parks and what should have been a wonderful moment for them, was completely ruined by this realtor. They were so excited to be getting the keys to their first home, and after putting them off several times last Friday night, telling them he was on his way each time, he never showed up. They were there with balloons to celebrate, take pictures, etc, and he completely robbed them of that exciting moment. Buying a house is an exciting, huge accomplishment for anyone, let alone such a young couple. Only after a call was made to his home office, did he call to apologize, and give them a gift card. Excuse me, but it doesn’t make up for what he did. I have several friends that are realtors, and they all said this was completely unacceptable! In my opinion he doesn’t deserve any of the commission he received and should most definitely kick back some or all of that back. Not to mention, upon arrival they discovered their new home had been left unlocked for the last 3.5 weeks, since the inspection was done. If you are even considering using this realtor, i would suggest to keep looking!
