Highly recommend this storage facility. Excellent customer service from Laura and John. They were super friendly, very accommodating and highly engaged. They made our hectic day end on a good note. The storage facility is clean also and easily accessible.

I just met John. He is the maintenance guy. This man went above and beyond to make sure I had a great customer service experience. All I came in for was to drop off a payment. I noticed the office did not open until 9am. I had arrived at 8:20am. He came over to my car and asked me if I needed any help. I let him know it was my first time making a payment and I was not sure where to drop it off. He walked me through the process and made sure the payment was put on the managers desk. Also learned he is talented with plants. If you ever stop by their office look at how beautiful and healthy their indoor plants are. I’m glad to know my stuff is kept in place where they are safe and surrounded by such positive energy :)
