Karen is awesome. She totally keeps you entertained. All the girls are super nice
I would give it 5 stars but it’s some updating. Ceiling tiles, carpet. Bathroom
Wallpaper etc. just needs to be spruced up hint hint corporate. It’s always clean
And smells good too

My wife recently went in for a hair cut on Veteran’s day. Her hair is very curly and the young lady who was going to cut her hair started to use a comb to try and take out her tangles. She asked the stylist if she could use a paddle brush instead. The stylist threw the comb forcefully on the right side on the other station. She grabbed the brush and pulled my wife’s hair hard. My wife asked the stylist politely if she could brush her hair herself. The stylist took the brush and threw it on the left station. She yelled at my wife «Are you going to teach me to do my job?» My wife stood up took off the apron and answered to her that «I am a licensed Cosmetologist and that is not how you should treat a client». My wife called customer service after leaving and made a complaint. They told her the manager would call her back in two days. She waited for two days and called back. They told her to wait for another two days. Here it is over a week later and still no call. This salon obviously has no respect or consideration for their clients; not only from the staff but from the management. If there was a ranking less than 1 they would get it! Stay away!

I have been to this location a few times before but my visit on 10÷12÷15 will make me come back at least a few times more. It started with the stylist saying my name right… Casey Jo is a hairstylist magician, she made an illusion where I actually have hair and it looked really good. Thanks Casey Jo

My seven year old will only let Karen cut his hair. I managed to get her first appointment this morning for him, and when I told him he said, «whoa! we sure are lucky because everyone knows she’s the best haircutter!»

Karen is great. She gave my mom an awesome haircut and she is so friendly. I highly recommend her.

Karen is so very pleasant and gives a great haircut and highlights. She helped me pick the perfect colors to enhance my Greyson beautifully.

I almost hate to share my pot of gold with everyone, but it’s only fair to her to do so. Casey Jo at the McHenry location is a miracle worker. If you have fine, thinning hair, Casey Jo will change your life. At a fraction of the cost that other salons would charge. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!

I’ve been here twice, both times were good experiences. The hair stylists are experienced and make friendly conversation. I got my hair cut by Kristin just earlier today and she was very attentive and I got a great cut. The price is fair too at $ 15.

I really like this place because they stay open late. difficult to get hair cut during the regular work hours… the staffs are always very friendly and enjoyable. also do good job on getting hair the way I like it. thank you Supercuts on McHenry :)

I brought my daughter in last weekend for a wash and cut from Andrea. Andrea listened to what my daughter wanted (to trim off her dead ends but not lose any length), and even gave us advice on how to maintain the health of her hair as my daughter grows it out for Locks for Love. Absolutely professional and a stellar finished look! Highly recommend for parents and their kiddos: she was patient and friendly. Will definitely be coming back :)

Love this supercuts! Stylists are funny and patient. My 3 year old got his first cut there recently by Christine maybe Kristin. Sorry any how she was great! We won’t go to anyone else now. They made it so special and fun for him! All my kids go here.

Friendly and social hair stylists. They aren’t very good at blending hair and beards but they try. A little pricey if you throw in beard trim which is free at home.
They even make sure kids have a say in the haircut.
All the other Supercuts I’ve been to over the years rear you like a wig and no personality. Plus the bagel shop next door rocks so double good stuff.

I was totally satisfied. I have a fear of being stared at, and, as I was as one of the only customers in the store– I WAS watched by an employee with nothing to do. This rattled me of course, but the lady cutting my hair seemed extremely comfortable with herself and that helped immensely. Despite my mullet coming in I left with an excellent re-​shaped hair-​style and nothing done I would later regret, despite my initial doubts and very short hair. Definitely coming back. Worth the price.

They do a good job never got a bad haircut there

3 stars? Hey, what can you say about a hair cutting place other than, oops, to short, lol. Actually never had a bad hair cut there. Friendly people and they give discounts to old folks like me. They give you a card and after so many cuts you get one free. Now anything free appeals to me.
