Too bad this place is hidden in a strip mall. If it was not by chance that a friend of the family recommended it, we would not have had the delightful experience we have had.
NOTE: This is really a carry out place unless you are looking to have a quick bite of an Italian sandwich when you are out running errands.
This place has terrific pizza (we especially recommend the cheese, sausage, mushroom thin crust. It is a big square pizza that reminds me of my younger days hitting the Italian neighborhood places that made pizza in Little Italy in Chicago. In the Tinley, Orland, Mokena, Frankfort area, this is my new favorite.
They also make one outstanding Italian sub sandwich, terrific soups (we had the Minestrone and the Italian Wedding Soup — -delicious).
And they offer a really nice spaghetti with meatballs too!
I would highly recommend this place as a terrific place to get a carry out or for catering. We are going to use them for an upcoming family party coming up next month.
You won’t be disappointed!
