Pizza was great! Clean place, nice atmosphere and the service was excellent! Second time eating at this restaurant, although different locations but both were worth the wait for deep dish pizza.

Nicest people working here!!! My online order got messed up and lovely manager Terry and her awesome team took quick care of me ! Beware of online order system !!! Call these super nice people and order directly :)

Family party! Great pizza! Great salad! Great service! Back room was enough space for all of us! Enjoying your menu! We visit at least twice a month!

My aunt’s threw me a baby shower here. The facility beautiful, nice, and clean. It was so nice to eat gluten-​free pizza. I wish they would have had some gluten-​free pasta choices too. Also, I think they should have just given us a waitress for our own instead we had to track her down sometimes but she did good. Food was okay yet bland. My husband’s deep dish pizza was burnt and he said it was flavorless. My mom’s pasta was bland as well. Then we had a mix up with the waitress and the manager. Since it was pouring down rain we had asked the manager to take the gifts out through a side door and this family was complaining it was cold to the waitress. So the waitress came up and closed the door with my husband out in the rain! My husband had to explain to her that we had already gotten the manager’s permission. And my husband just had knee surgery and I’m 38 weeks pregnant. I understand the family was cold at this table but seriously they could be a little bit more understanding and the waitress didn’t need to leave my husband out in the freezing rain. The door was only proped open with a chair.
I’m very thankful to my aunts for choosing a classy place. Overall it was okay and my family made it a great experience but I don’t think I would want a party here again. The whole thing kind of ruined my special day.

I wanted to share how Giordanos Mokena made a mistake, but took care of us to keep the customer happy. I pre-​ordered a stuffed pizza & harvest salad the night before for a group of us, since my teaching job does not allow time to call during their am hours.
The female night manager who took the order was very friendly and accommodating. The next day the food did not show up and I called thinking they were just running behind (snow, weather, etc.) They had explained their ticket showed as a later delivery and immediately apologized. The male day manager took full responsibility, rushed a new pizza over to us, (30 minutes later, our order was there) and compensated the entire pizza and salad. Though it was late, I commend the management for excellent customer service to correct the mistake. The food was delicious and worth the wait. We will be returning because of how well this situation was handled. Thank you Giordanos Mokena.

If you are a deep dish fan, then this is your place. Personally, we like thin crust pizza. We visit only when family comes into town and they want to have a deep dish. I will have the beef sandwich and salad not the deep dish pizza. On occasion we have had the thin crust and it is okay and nothing more. The thin crust is too thick. If you plan on going during the summer months, get ready for little league players all over making noise and causing commotion. Beef sandwich is okay as is the salad.

Very disappointing experience. I called at 4pm this past Saturday to reserve a table for 4 adults and 3 kids. I was told I couldn’t make reservations because I didn’t have 8 people in my party. So i asked if i could order 2 pizzas ahead of time so they would be ready for when we arrived. The employee who took my order told me the pizza would be ready by 5:30. I arrived and stood in the cold lobby with my daughter and wife like idiots watching others get sat before us because we were unable to make reservations. Finally 10 minutes has passed and we’re brought into a dark room in the back. Long story short the service was discraseful, the pizza doesn’t taste anything like it does at the Orland Park location, this location should be closed for it is ruining the image of Giordano’s.

We had a party of 12. We had pizza and sandwich. It was all very tasty and hot.

Thin crust is not thin at all. Thick spongy chewy crust with sparse sausage on top. Don’t pass Aurelio’s in Frankfort to eat pizza here.

Nope, wouldn’t recommend, this location, and have dined here on several occasions, thinking it was a bad night for the kitchen. I have commented with the wait staff concerns of sparse cheese on the pizza, to the toppings, even the ice tea drink is watered down, and the Large pizza presented looks like a Medium .
To offset this review the wait staff has always been up to par.
In the past I have heard other customers sitting in my area complain of the same concerns.
I would recommend if in the area, go to the Orland Park Giordano’s (as a note I ship the pizzas from the Orland Park location Nationwide) or find any Downtown Chicago locations .
The Mokena location in my experience has not meet up to the Giordano’s Business Model.

Not sure what’s going on at this place! Food was decent but the wait time and service was horrible. Our server acted like she didn’t want to be there! We are crossing this place off our dining out list!

So yummy! Had the meat lover’s stuffed pizza and now I crave it regularly! Service was great and the restaurant is very comfortable.

This was the thinnest deep dish pizza that I’ve ever had from any Giordano’s location. Not sure if this was a one off event or what. I’m not inclined to go back to this location any time soon.

The pizza is delicious. Good cheese and sauce. I also had the chicken parm sandwich and meatball sandwich, Amazing.

Always good. Decent service, tasty pizza. I usually order a deep dish at half-​bake, take it home, and finish it in my own oven — they tend to undercook them a bit in-​house.

I wish there were half stars. Not the best pizza but, since we moved to the area, they always prepare it just right. Always clean and the staff is friendly.

The family and I dined in on Sunday, March 15^th for dinner. It’s been over 15 years since having their pizza but it was as good as I remember. The deep dish pizza was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. So looking forward to the new location coming soon in Matteson.

Pizza was just ok this time. Good thing the beer was tasty. Longer than normal wait times.

1) Nothing really special here to list
Cons:
1) Appetizer came out pretty undercooked. (Also pretty small in size for $ 11.50)
2) Forgot the kids meal of spaghetti saying there was a «pasta backlog» and would be 5 more minutes — after all the adults had been served. That goes over well with the kids.
3) Chicken Parmesan was chewy. Yuck
4) Other food mediocre at best. Lemon vinegar être for dressing? Eeeew. Who thought that up?
5) Service was slow even though was fairly empty inside.
Won’t be returning here at all. Sorry.

Pizza night, aahhh, just sounds good, doesn’t it? We normally get take out but I found a great deal for this location on
so we went out for pizza.

The night just started out right when we got a nice big booth even though there were only two of us. LOVE that, place for the coat, the purse and the food!
Since basically the first 25.00 was free we treated ourselves and had the Chopped salad, my favorite pizza, my husband’s favorite pizza plus shared chocolate cake and coffee. Yes, we did have to roll out of there, thanks for asking.
The chopped salad was fresh, with lots of different flavors and textures with just the right amount of dressing.
I had the small stuffed special pizza with enough leftovers for two future lunches. If you have never had their stuffed pizza, you are in for a carbohydrate dream! Plus crisp vegetables and authentic sausage. It’s amore!
And for a pizza place, the chocolate cake and coffee were really good!
