Nancy’s Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. The original thin is awesome. I do miss their vegitini pizza that they used to offer, though. It’s pricey pizza but isn’t everywhere anymore? Well worth it to me not to have to cook!

Ordered deep dish from Nancy’s for the first time in several years and we LOVED it. Had a hard time choosing between Lous and Aurelio’s and Nancy’s somehow took the win. We will be returning customers for sure! Only small disappointment was a salad for 2 — really portioned as a salad for 1.

Our delivery service was good.
The pizza however was not. Crust was pre made.
We got half sausage and pepperoni. Lots of crappy sausage not much pepperoni.
I will not order again. Deleted them from my phone. I’d bake a screaming Sicilian before paying 34.00 again.

The Stuffed Pizza is the best in New Lenox but why does it have to cost so much. The Thin Crust is just good and also too expensive.
I stopped coming here because there are better thin crust pizzas in town for less money, such as Little Joes and Chicago Dough Company. They also offer text message specials once a week that blow away the prices at Nancy’s. For example, I am looking at my text i just got for the Super Bowl Special at Chicago Dough Company and they are offering 16″ Pizza with 1 topping, Buffalo Wings (8) & 2 Liter of Coke for just $ 19.99. If you order a 16″ pizza at Nancy’s it will cost you $ 21.24 with 1 Topping. How is this place still open for business?
Once in a blue moon… I will fork out the cash for a Nancy’s Stuffed Pizza but there is no way they will ever get my business on the regular. I gave them 1 Star because no matter how good your pizza is, I can’t justify paying that price. Take notice Nancy’s Management.
I have eaten at many Chicago Pizza Places such as Original Gino’s Eat, Pizzeria Uno, Lou Malnatis and they are all cheaper and better than Nancy’s. How is a suburb pizza joint more than a city pizza joint that is world famous?

Ok… Hold on a minute.
So I order a pizza the other night, to be delivered to the neighborhood literally behind your store.
I wasn’t told there would be a delivery charge, and was asked if a tip would go on my card I was paying with. I add a $ 3 tip. Then come to find out there was a deliver charge for $ 3.50! Are you kidding me?
So between delivery and tip, I paid an extra $ 6.50 to have my pizza brought less than ½ mile from your oven to my door?
Either charge less for the minimal drive, or tell me I’m being charged 15% of my total order to drive the pizza over!
Seriously pathetic, considering the pizza isn’t exactly cheap.

Nancy’s thin crust pizza is very good but expensive and also the stuffed pizza is great.
I tried the pasta and was not that impressed with it. Great pizza but expensive.

The pizza is good but my god is it expensive. I stopped going because the prices are rediculous.

OH, NO!
I ordered from Nancy’s last night and they burned my pizza! I got it home and saw the char on the top, and I can’t believe they didn’t notice it. The bottom was burned too, and it was so overdone and dried out that the mozzarella wasn’t even the slightest bit stringy. I almost called them last night (and am still thinking about it today), and I never do that. But when a deep dish costs $ 20. ..

LOVE. Love love love. I grew up (sort of) in New Lenox and whenever I’m back in town, I make a point to order from Nancy’s. It’s a top priority. I almost always get the pizza (rarely the entrees… even though they’re good) and I switch it up between the regular crust and the stuffed crust, depending on my mood.
Honestly, Nancy’s Pizza is the only thing in New Lenox that I really miss. I miss my mom, too, but she’s much easier to ship (via Southwest Airlines) than an amazing, delicious, fantastically perfect pizza.
