Tried the health nut smoothie after reading Unilocalers’ recommendations. I thought it was awesome too. Great place; seems like a better version of the corporate monster Jamba Juice. And almonds added a great touch. READTHIS: One Unilocaler named Alisha gave this place a 3-star rating here on Unilocal, because the peanut butter smoothie had 500 calories!!! That’s ridiculous and immature. Bad rating because of calories? Every smoothie has an average of 300 calories… and then add peanut butter. What do you expect? I’m not tied to this restaurant at all, and I can care less about the success of it. But I think it’s truly unfair to give a mediocre rating based on the calorie-count of an obviously calorie-filled item. Boo to you Alisha.

There smoothies and wraps are all exceptional! I love the great variety of their smoothies, and their breakfast wraps are priced great and available to order all day! I just wish they were closer as while I’m only in Joliet it takes me 35 min to get there from home. More need to open up in the Chicago suburbs! :)

We frequent this place. Love their smoothies, especially the Health Nut and the kids Awesome Orange. I think the food is overpriced, but it really is all high quality, so I guess you do get what you pay for.

Awesome variety of smoothies. Ever eat a peanut butter & banana sandwich as a kid? They have a smoothie for that. Remember Orange Juliouses as a kid? Yep, there too. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t say how great the wraps, flatbreads & sandwiches are.

Not all smoothies are healthy. Read the nutrition facts before you order. Got the peanut paradise and it’s really good only thing is it has almost 500 calories, 18 grams of fat and 58 grams of carbs. Eek. Should have gotten a burger from portillos

The best smoothies around and good sandwiches too… The young man(Tim?) who works the register is excellent

Okay so I was tryna be like all healthy & crap over the summer and decided to stop at this little spot for a snack, I ordered a berry smoothie which was actually pretty good(that’s why its a 2 star) and really low in calories. Then I made the mistake of ordering one of their expensive exotic sounding chicken wraps which cost around $ 9! For $ 9 I’m expecting a good piece of meat, not chicken with rib meat. I basically got a blubber wrap which was so unpleasant to eat. I ended up throwing it away because eating it made me feel like I was a contestant on fear factor!

I love tropical smoothie. Pros: * Good selection of smoothies. * Choice to use Splenda instead of Turnibado sugar * Good sandwiches and wraps. * Breakfast wraps day or night Cons: * Hours.(I wish they were open earlier)
