Have to agree with Joe M this place is absolutely terrible since Kelly previous manager left Megan the current Mgr customer service and attitude is the worst I ever encountered I have owned and operated my own business for 30 years she should be fired

Terrible place.
Used to be good when Kelly (last manager) was there. She Greeted you with a smile and handled any problem u had.
The 2 Grumpy old ladies that work there now are the laziest I have ever seen. Before I left and went to Awesome uncle bobs storage, the place went to sh&t after life storage took over.
Lights are not on at night
Hallways stink of human death in summer
Summer time its way to hot
Winter time the units are way to cold.
The roads are dirty
the doors don’t lock
Units leak water
WAY OVERPRICED
THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
and they are never in the office!
How do I pay my bill when there is no staff?
1 time I was in the office and called them from my cell, they looked at the phone and just didn’t feel like answering!!!
Good luck complaining to a supervisor if u can ever get hold of 1.
I literally HATE these 2 and they should be fired.
If Kelly (I miss you) ever comes back, I will definitely come back with my 3 units I now use At the GREAT UNCLE BOBS STORAGE.
My advise: stay away, FAR away!!!
