Automatic 1 star for not changing the sheets! I could tell my bed hadn’t been made and there was a ton of hair in it, but the best the management could do was bring me clean sheets so I could change them myself! I’ve never even given a hotel a 1-star rating, but changing the sheets is the basic #1 priority in cleaning a room! I hope they fire Kelsey the lazy and dirty housekeeper! I tip the housekeeper every time I stay in a hotel, but Kelsey will be getting nothing from me! Gross. Edit: after posting this, we went out for a few hours and came back to find that our room keys didn’t work. The very nice front desk person said she would have to come let us in our room from now on. That is so unheard of! Coincidence? I’m thinking maybe I should wait until I check out of a place before posting a scathing review in the future. Thankfully they have deadbolts.

It’s now the hotel 6. It’s Horrible!!! We reserved two rooms for a concert. The wife and I don’t smoke. The room I had with my wife smelled soooo bad like stale cigarette smoke and what I could only imagine as hooker sweat. The air vent was caked with a disgusting brown film. The shower head was rusted and nasty. The other room my brother stayed in had an empty bottle of shock top, just under the bed but in plain sight, with mold in it and for some reason, don’t want to even know the reason, a Ping pong ball used for god knows what. Their wall paper was falling down. Some kind of stain on the ceiling, Holes in the wall where I guess pictures were hung, huge cigarette burns in the comforters. This place is just gross. spend the money else where. Posted pics to beware.

It’s ok, but restroom is too small. If you plan to travel with two people, you need a king bed. I ended up with upgrade. The non smoking is kind of having some smoke flavor but It might be just be me.

This Super 8 has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First the receptionist charged me twice for the horrible room, then I tried to speak with the GM Darliyn funny part is that she has a letter head staying«If you have any concerns regarding anything to give her a call on her personal cell phone» I called left her a message and never heard back from her. Second my room never was cleaned ever after speaking with staff before I left to please make surety room was cleaned. My issue with double payment haven’t yet been taken care of. I’ll have to dispute it with my credit card. I’ll never stay here AGAIN!

The place was clean and comfortable. The room was functional although the bathroom was very small. I also didn’t like that there was no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything. The beds were comfortable and the place didn’t smell at least, although the hallway smelled of smoke downstairs. At least there was free wifi.

I’m no hotel snob by any means. Typically, as long as the place feels clean and safe, and has decent TV channels, I’ll be happy. However, I just can’t recommend this hotel in good faith, even for the expected Super 8 experience. It’s certainly cheap, and even cheaper if you book through Priceline like I did. It isn’t the worst place I’ve ever been, but I’ve definitely got some gripes: — Big space under the door into the hallway, which allows the noise, cold, and strong smell of cigarette smoke from nearby rooms to filter in. — Fuzzy(to the point of being nearly unwatchable) television reception. «This ain’t no HD» — Very difficult to control climate control(would you prefer to be boiling hot or freezing cold?) — Some shady characters milling around after dark, in the hallway and outside. I’d go somewhere else if I had it to do over again, and I will choose another place on my next trip here.
