Supercuts

I came in yesterday on August 7^th around 7:15 in the evening. I got a woman in her 50s (I’m guessing) I asked her for a zero on the sides and back, leave the top as it was. After about 20 minutes she abandoned me without warning to grab her coworker because she couldn’t figure out how to fade/​blend my hair! The other girl fixed it, all while giving her a lesson on blending… I sat there while her coworker finished up my hair, explaining what she was doing to her coworker. Then I left, got in my car and noticed she cut off one my sideburns, ruining my beard! One side was where everyone else who’s ever cut my hair leaves it (about where my glasses are) and the other side was about an inch farther down (see picture) I had to go back in and was told by her coworker that my options were shave it off completely and start new or try a goatee look. She gave me a free goatee but missed a few spots which I had to fix at home myself… The haircut itself was OK at best. It took about 30 minutes and two people to do. I have never had such a terrible experience. Never coming back here!
Edit: (August 10^th) yesterday I ended up shaving the goatee off. I couldn’t stand it. I’ll just have to wait for my beard to grow back.

Absolutely awful. My husband took our 7 year old son here after school as their regular barbershop was closed. He came home with uneven bangs, multiple uneven hairs around his ears, and an almost bald patch on the side of his head. He also complained that the hairdresser was rough and dug the clippers into his scalp. We returned that evening and Dawn, the assistant manager, fixed it as much as possible, repeating the already known fact multiple times that SHE was not the one who cut it wrong in the first place. It wasn’t until we were leaving that she even offered any type of apology that this happened in the first place.

Quick easy cheap. Just like I’m reading a page from my biography!
