Breakfast was delicious as I had blueberry pancakes but my family had eggs and etc. while I noticed there was mold inside the ketchup bottle. The service and environment were satisfactory for such an old, small establishment.

Awesome personalities and great service made this place a 5 for me! My wife and I ordered based on our waitresses suggestions and couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Plus $ 16 for two people to have breakfast is fantastic.

The food is good. The staff is great. The other customers are awesome. Good conversation. My grandfather and I used to eat breakfast there twice a week. Till one morning everyone had left but is and the owner started pulling tables away from the wall spraying roach spray all over and around them. All around us. The smell took my breath away! Needless to say we have never been back!

What a great southern breakfast place! Who da was our waitress and she gave use her rundown on what they make(you can get a menu but we liked her rendition). The food was great and it seems all the locals frequent this place. When in Moncks corner this is the place for Breakfast.

Don’t ask for a breakfast menu. There isn’t one. «Breakfast hasn’t changed in hundreds of years. If you don’t know what you want by now, chances are you never will.» Great place for a southern breakfast. Grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits.

Completely homey. The people are sweet and inviting. This is typical American comfort food so don’t expect to eat healthy because you’re in the south eating quintessential southern fare here! But my experience was awesome… kin(lol. yes, I said«kin») to the My Cousin Vinny scene in the diner when Vinny asks, «What exactly IS a grit?» Yeah, it’s that. Go. PEACE!
