This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Don’t go there on your way to work in the morning unless you want to be ignored and then when/​if you finally do get their workers attention are treated rudely. The guy that’s there in the morning with the braids should be fired for being so rude. I couldn’t even get a straw after seeing that there wasn’t one in the bag, and l nobody else was in the drive thru. After I had gotten my food I still had to go inside because he walked away from the window and wouldn’t come back after knocking on the window honking my horn. Not to mention another time that I came here on my way to work there were clearly people working inside however nobody bothered to even answer when I tried to order through the drive thru. These people are a joke.

The only pro about this place is it’s convenient location to potentially swing through on your way to work, except going through the drive thru never takes less than 10 minutes, they’ll almost certainly mess up your order, and it always seems like the shit just hit the fan right before you got there. And don’t even think of trying to multitask and get a coffee while your car fills up, the wait in the dining room is worse and you have a front row view of the circus.
Does McDonald’s corporate do audits of their restaurants? Because there’s no way this one passes.

This McDonald’s is a joke. the workers are very rude and ignorant. Cellphones and headphones are out and on all the time and they act like it’s asking for a miracle to order.
I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich. It was burnt and dry and they didn’t want to give me my receipt we asked for it twice and the worker just shook her head. When we returned the food and explained it was overdone the workers laughed and thought the whole thing was funny. I’m sorry but if your spending money and I have a problem with it how is that funny.
ABSOLUTE JOKE don’t waste your time or money at this place…

I hate writing reviews on fast food places, because it’s fast food. However, this place sucks so bad that I can’t let it go unnoticed. I have never NOT had a bad experience here. They’re slow, they’re rude, and just generally ignorant. On one trip, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Side note– I understand it isn’t technically a meal (I don’t think so at least), but every time I order it I get exactly what a meal entails; burger, fries, drink. Pretty simple. I ask for one here, and I get a very sharp, rude, «that’s not a meal.» Do I really have to spell it out for you? I’ve also had them tell me, around midnight, that they are no longer serving dinner food, only breakfast, clearly as a ploy to not have to do work. Multiple times they have mentioned to people I know that their drive thru isn’t open, even though they have a «24 hour drive thru» sign. I once went with friends one night through the drive thru, people inside saw us and chose not to answer us. We went inside and they said, «We’re you guys the ones in the drive thru?» We told them yes, and they said, «Yeah, we just didn’t feel like answering it.» OH. Ok. Well I’m sorry, I forgot you were getting paid to twiddle your thumbs and sit on your ass instead of actually doing your job. My bad. Anyways, moral of the story is never ever go here. There’s one 8 miles down the road and another up about 5. Go anywhere else.

Visited this place while road-​tripping.
I try not write reviews for a branch like McDonald’s because you kind of know what you should expect, but OH. MY. GOODNESS. I’m posting this review as more of a warning. This place is poorly organized in terms of service and execution.
It took 10 minutes to get the attention of the cashier. 10 more minutes to order. 20 more minutes to get our food that they got wrong. 10 more minutes to get the order correct.
Skip this branch of McDonald’s for the next one on the highway.

The only reason I go to this McD is because it is close and on the way to getting on the expressway. Everything is in place for it to be an amazing restaurant yet they fail to execute every time. I do not buy burgers here after getting very sick on one 18 months ago, but you would think drinks are easy and foolproof. Yeah, not so much. We drove through this morning to get our caffeine hit on our way to doing errands, then hopped on the expressway to get things done. When I took a drink of my Diet Coke a few miles down the road, it didn’t taste good and was rather warm. We then realized that all three of our sodas were flat and watery warm. Really? I can’t even expect a good soda here? For whatever reason, McD’s corporate people don’t do anything much about this store, despite complaints directly to them. The whole area management group should be ashamed, because they are ineffectual and they keep letting this store ruin their corporate image. It’s very clear that the owner doesn’t care at all since this had been a problem for years. It’s no wonder the other fast food chains in town are doing great business.

Worst McDonald’s ever. I live in Monee, so this is the closest. All reviews are dead on. 20 minutes in drive thru, and ALWAYS have a messed up order. I’ve stopped going, but I always have people tell me the same thing when they go.

I asked for a 10 piece chicken nugget and got 6 wings and 4 nuggets.

One of the worst Mcdonalds i have ever experienced. I won’t eat there anymore… I will go down to Sauk Trail before I go here. ALWAYS check your food because you might be missing something or don’t get what you paid for. Their drive thru sign says it all.

I have been here twice, my sister lives nearby. Both times I have waited in the drive thru line for 15 – 20 minutes. Last time, I was using my husbands car, no air conditioning, windows down, 90 degrees out. All I asked for was a smoothie. It took 20 minutes. All the people in line ahead of me were ushered ahead to wait at the curb after 5 – 7 min of waiting for their food in line. I was livid. There is no reason it should take that long. When I finally got up to the window, the woman sauntered over slowly (like she had nothing pressing) and asked for my money. I gave her a long, hard stare, at least 30 seconds before I handed over my money. Then I watched her, painstakingly slowly making my smoothie and shuffle over to the window. I could have driven home and made my own after having gone to the store and getting all the ingredients in the time it took for me to get one smoothie. You better believe that’s what I’ll do before I ever get in line here again.

Nothing «fast» about this food… Went twice, two different occasions and timed my wait in the drive thru…
10 minutes before I was even able to place my order.
Another 10 minutes to get to the window, just to be told to pull up and they will bring my food out to me… they didn’t even remember to take my money…
I just pulled away in disgust. went burger king instead
Second time was Déjà vu… Except got my food and it was ice cold!
