Delizia Pizza

Stumble onto this little gem in South Brushwich while scrolling down my lunch options on Unilocal.
I’m working out of town close by and was looking for a quick bite for lunch. This pizzeria was the closest to me so I went onto the website and was so happy to find out that they have wings. And the menu was super cheap. They offer 6 pages of options and we ordered 20 wings ($ 12.95) and a chicken parmigiana sub ($ 6). We were expecting a price hike as the person who took our order didn’t tell us how much our order cost.
We were told our order would take 30 minutes but we waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive. But we were happy that the bill was same with the price listed online, and delivery only cost $ 1.
The sub was very good but cooled down and got hard really fast. The chickens wings were big but weren’t crispy, maybe because it was sitting in the delivery box for a while. And they only gave me 19 wings instead of 20:(But, it’s still an awesome price for 19 wings.
Overall, pretty solid place, way better than the cafeteria on site. I think I want to try their pizza next time. They have gotten so many good comments.
I am not sure if they accept cards. $ 8 minimum for delivery. Delivery costs $ 1.

JESUS CHRIST THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I EVER ATE. Where do I begin? Well let’s try the sweet and savory sauce on the pizza complimented by the crisp well cooked crust. Also, the staff is super friendly and really cares about the customers and the delivery service? The speed of lightning. Period. The lineup of drivers is the deadliest combo I’ve ever seen. Easily the best pizza in South Brunswick. You know pizza is good when you crave it. I have tried almost all of their pizza, however I prefer their margarita pizza and their plain over all. Their cheese steaks never disappoint, I like the chicken cheese steaks California style or buffalo style. My kids like the chicken cheese steaks with honey mustard.
Spaghetti and meatballs were average, fries are ok, and the mozzarella sticks are good.
One of my absolute favorite things to get here is the antipasto salad. The meats, cheeses, onions, and olives are all fresh and delicious.
Paninis and foccacia sandwiches are worth trying as well.
The guys that work here are always super nice and the place is consistently clean. I love this place. Most of the time I order take out. They are a reliable business that makes quality food.

Tried to order a pizza with half extra cheese, the other half 2 slices of spinach and other 2 slices peppers and onions. They refused to make it. After ordering this times in the past from them its now a problem. They actually past the phone to 3 different people and had to ask all 3 the same request and all said no. That the computer wont allow them to do it. Are you kidding me? Cause the computer doesnt allow that!?! How about just putting in the computer half and half and using your human brain to figure it out! Then they said if you come in to order they can do it. WTF… Its a shame, they have good food and ordered from here numerous times but wont come back. Hung up and called DuSals. Made the pizza as requested with NO ISSUES whatsoever. That is why DuSals is known to be the best in the area.

Pizza was okay, seating is cramped and seats are ripped; definitely needs a refresh. Highlight of my visit was friendly staff.

One. Has been my local pizzeria for oh… I guess about 27 years.
Two. Solid pizza. Sollllllid. That’s a good thing I’m not saying their pizza is hard or anything.
Three. Please stop over salting your margarita pizza. The green stripe of herb salt garlic salt is beautiful. But it’s like… not necessary.
Four. Most important. Recently they changed/​expanded their menu. So look at it. It’s pretty well done.
Five. The roasted red pepper mozzarella salad is made of GARLIC and it is delicious. Italian people (like people from Italy) say Americans put too much garlic in their shit. They are right and they are misguided. Eff that. Keep going, pizza delizia. That salad is bomb.
Six. My friends and I call this place pizza delirious. Because it’s crazy good pizza and it’s also crazy unpredictable. Like an ex boyfriend.
Seven. Don’t eat like IN the establishment. There’s like three tables. Literally. Also like who goes here who doesn’t live in the immediate area.
Eight. Good job, everyone who works here. Be proud of your establishment. You all do a great job.
Last. Thank you so very, very, so much for those of you who delivered to me during one of eight thousand snowstorms these past years. I would pinch your cheeks if it wasn’t painful and embarrassing.

My favorite place for takeout pizza. I have not tried anything else on the menu, but the pizza is really the best I have found in the area and I have lived here for 20 years. Would not recommend eat-​in since it is very small and they only have a few tables right by the counter. But this place is the real deal.

Delivered a cold, stale pizza. Man on the phone was rude to me for complaining. Assured me that the product that they delivered was the best they could possibly make. I will never order from here again.

Pizza used to be good. Plain cheese pie was so chewy. Store had flies all over. We just couldn’t wait inside.

Ordered delivery to my hotel room while on a trip. Quick delivery, friendly staff, and very good pizza. The regular thin crust was delicious and not too greasy, with LOTS of toppings. Definitely recommend if you’re ordering in the South Brunswick area.

I used to live near by and have moved recently… they have the BEST pizza in all of NJ! Quality cheese and flavor… NY style. The staff is always friendly and provide speedy delivery and great service.

Pretty much the best pizza in New Jersey right here! Maybe that’s a big claim but call me after you try a standard plain slice. Everything else is also spectacular but the plain slice is so simple it just wins. it wins like Charlie Sheen would at a college spring break wet t-​shirt party. Winning.
