I write very few reviews so when I do, it’s for a good reason. Day Ford’s service department (can’t speak for the sales team, I didn’t buy my car here) is quick and trustworthy. While it took 3 weeks to get an appointment on their schedule, I was in and out within an hour and a quarter.
My issue turned out being very simple: rain sensing wiper sensor wasn’t plugged in from when I got my windshield replaced. When I asked him to look into the issue I was having, once he found out what it was, they took care of it, didn’t charge me anything and filled my tire! Could’ve been covered by the new-​car 3-​year warranty but regardless it was nice surprise to also see my tire’s air was topped off and all done within 1.5 hours.
I’ll make this place my primary for service work.
