Dr. A is gentle & staff are nice. But expect to be there 2 ½ hours plus for a couple fillings because they over book & the dr. goes back forth between patients or something. So if you get stressed at the dentist be prepared for the very long stressful wait. Also they try to bill you extra after you already pay the set amount, happened to me twice & 3 other people.

So far my experience has been good here. Staff is courteous and friendly. However they have poor planning when the dentist had to call off for an emergency. I had a painful tooth and they cancelled the appts last minute. I would have to wait another week. Thankfully I called their other location. They were able to see me right away and the staff was much friendlier and organized.
