LOVE me some JJ! In my opinion, JJ stands head & shoulders above the other big chain sandwich shop competition. My favorite is the Turkey Tom. The food is ALWAYS fresh & SUPER FAST! However, when in town (Monroe), I prefer Erie Bread Company, because they are locally owned & have «PHENOMENAL» food!!!

Wish they had more seafood or veggie options for those of us who do not eat meat. However, I love this place. I love how they deliver and you can order online. Staff is always friendly and our stuff is always delivered super quick. Highly recommend the Totally Tuna sub. My husband loves their pickles and the chip selection is awesome compared to other sub places. Highly recommend.

Subs at Jimmy John’s don’t ever disappoint. My favorite is the #4 Turkey Tom without sprouts but with cheese. I’m not sure why anyone would ever want sprouts on a sub.
Staff are always fast and courteous.

Rude sandwich maker. Watched him leave from making my sandwich and return to cleaning the restrooms. So, when he came back, did he change gloves??? Asked for lettuce on side so I could share my sandwich, got the reply, «Corporate came in a couple days ago and removed all side cups.» Well, that’s nice, but I still wanted my lettuce on the side. I had to demand the lettuce be put in a sandwich wrapper on the side. Couldn’t get condiments on the side, and th ere was barely any meat on my «Giant Club» sandwich with «double meat». Sorry to break it to you but double of barely any is still barely any. This place really put a stain on JJ usual stellar performance.
