Burger Madness – Monroe

«Spring greens» = a pile of wilted iceberg lettuce.
And no matter how you bread them, fried zucchini is NOT fried mushrooms. I know. Don’t go to a burger joint for a salad. I think he also gave my shake to another table. They returned it to him and he kindly replaced the straw for me. Ugh.

Ordered a burger well done. Got home took a bite into a pink patty. So my dog had a nice dinner. I have tried it 4or five times prior and it was hit or miss. To bad cause the fry Saudi is good. Skip the fish and chips. Paid a lot for very little.

Burger Madness is Awesome on all accounts. If people think it is pricey, well, you get what you pay for and this food is EXCELLENT! Their menu has many many choices which makes it enjoyable and fun, not the same ol same ol.
I have been there several times and each time have been totally satisfied with the service and food.
We needed a «Special Order» for our dogs because we were in a Motel at the time and they made up the order with no problem
Nice view of the lake while you are eating is a plus!
I totally recommend this place for eating.

I had the lunch special, fries were very good. Burger was a bit over seasoned but edible. Would have been a better review but they wouldn’t allow me to buy an extra patty on my burger? Not the best customer service, but I will give them a second chance in a few weeks.

I had take out service, it was fast and delicious! It was about $ 25 for two people, which I thought was a little spendy for burgers, but the food was pretty good!

There were four of us and we were the only ones in the place yet our food took forever. I’m ok with that because I am always hopeful that the ‘chef’ is doing a good job. Not so in this case. The burger was nothing special and had no taste. Ditto with the fries.

My husband and I LOVE this place! Food is always hot and delicious! I am picky about my ABLT and not only do they get it right every time, they now have it memorized. Great place!

Went in for lunch after waiting close to 5 minutes my order was taken was informed they are out of lettuce this is a burger joint with no lettuce. Waited additional 10 minutes for food only 2 people working during lunch rush. People left while waiting to order. Got food went to work food was incorrect. Will go again hopefully this was isolated as it does not usually happen here.

I work within walking distance and pleasant surprise that the prices aren’t to bad everything is fresh, and Unilocal gives you a discount

Ohh if they only where consistent.
Most of the time we enjoy this place and will keep coming back.
The only downside is that your experience depends on who’s cooking.
The boys seem to have a much better hand.
Staff always friendly and it’s fun to look at the pictures of the brave people that can eat 10 stack of paddies.
I wish they close later, at least during the weekend. So so many times we have decided to dine here only to find out they are closed. Monroe needs a good quality burger joint like this with better hours.

i assume they are under new owners cause this place sucked it had horrible service and the (real fruit) smoothie was disgusting i watched them use red powder and white sugar and ice it had huge chunks of ice almost undrinkable with a straw the taste was so bad my 6 year old son wouldn’t drink it
and no pickles i guess means extra pickles
needless to say i will never eat this place again and make sure to let people know how bad it is

Good, solid burger joint. I got the bacon burger and wife got the blue cheese burger. Meat and vegetables tasted fresh and didn’t seem frozen.
Really liked the crinkle fries. They were hot, crispy, and not too greasy. Fry sauce went great with the fries.
The only complaint came from my wife. She got the chocolate shake and said it tasted like that weird fake ice cream with Hersheys syrup.
They aren’t reinventing the wheel, just doing solid burgers.

Solid place! Was looking for a decent burger and I wanted to try somewhere local. Since I was 5 minutes away from the place I decided to give it a go. It’s a small joint but seemed really clean and the menu was pretty extensive, I plan on trying more of their burgers out! The unique thing about this place is the «stack» burgers. You can get up to 12 patties on your burger and receive some sort of certificate for eating it all in a certain time. They do have beer on tap and bottled beer for a really good price. Try them out I don’t think they will disappoint you.

Sure wish I could change my star rating. I missed work today due to the total gastric distress I experienced all night from my burger. Boy that’s madness!

This place is edible, but I don’t see anything special about it. I feel that the meat is under-​seasoned and bland and they are INCREDIBLY slow with no one in the restaurant.
I know how long a burger takes to cook and it just seems like they could put a little pep in their step.
I usually choose to go to Pilchuk Drive In in Snohomish for a similar style of burger. They are still really slow at Pilchuk too, but it’s mostly because they are always packed with people and because the food is damn good.

If you have crinkle fries, you’re ok in my book!
That honestly is what enticed me to going to Burger Madness! :D
Secondly, the burgers looked like they oozed with cheese and that sold me too. We didn’t go crazy and order a 10 stack or anything. I couldn’t believe the burgers they have! 20 stacks? Damn, Gina!
I ordered a Bacon Sourdough. It had 3 strips of bacon and swiss on; you guessed it… sourdough! It came with grilled onion and tomato, but I am very plain and had them leave it off. I also had them add BBQ sauce. They use fresh and never frozen patties, and you can tell. It was a great burger! $ 5.99 for one burger. Which is pretty much the standard for a good burger. My husband got the Jack Daniels burger, which looked soooooo messy! He got a combo (fries & soda). I think our meal was a little under $ 20. Good quality, friendly people running it makes for a great experience! Was not my favorite burger I have ever had, but it was pretty fantastic! We will definitely venture back to Monroe for that!

I had the Fire Alarm after asking for a suggestion from one of the crew. Very delicious and surprising because they used fresh Jalapeño over canned. The Burger was hot and juicy, and all the other ingredients were fresh and tasty. Extra props for doing krinkle cut fries well, and having fry sauce readily available. Good Eats and they have beer too! I will definitely be back.
Helpful hint, clean the place up a bit and you’ll earn that 5^th star. I wasn’t put off by it, but that would easily bring you the 5^th star.

This place is within walking distance from my office. The food is pretty good but good lord… when was the last visit from the health department? 1982?
A quick look behind the counter into the back looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long long time.
Will I continue to walk over for some food? Nope. Not with 5 Guys now within driving distance.

Pretty small inside. Not ideal for groups. Took a while for us to get our food since they were busy. The burgers were good. Nothing too special but worth stopping by if in the area.
They also have bubble tea which is a first for me to see at a burger place. Will probably try one next time Im in the area.

This place is a decent burger joint. I enjoy the burgers, but love the french fries. They’re crinkle fries, which are my favorite. Seriously, crinkle fries just taste better and Burger Madness’ aren’t any different.
