Cascade Restoration

I had a MAAX whirlpool tub motor that stopped working. This was a warranty repair, so I was referred to the company from MAAX customer service. I received excellent communication and scheduling with Ryan. I even received a ‘heads up’ call, prior to Ramson’s (technician) arrival, and he arrived in the timeframe originally quoted. The motor was accessed from the house crawlspace, which is never a pleasant work environment. Add to that, the workspace, under the tub motor, was tight. Ramson never grumbled, and you could tell truly enjoyed his job. He quickly installed the motor, checked for leaks, and all system’s go.
We’ve all experienced service techs who either A) Don’t like their job, B) Don’t like working at your house, or C) Disrespect your house and walk in with their muddy, crappy shoes, D) All of the above! I received top notch customer service, and I truly appreciate Ramson’s positive attitude, and the respect he demonstrated to me and my house.
I understand they also repair fiberglass tubs, in case you have chips, scratches, etc. I highly recommend this business.

We had our tub redone a few years ago, and had them come again this year. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone working in my home who had such great customer service. They really went out of their way to help us out. Plus, our tub looks fantastic.

We had Cascade Restoration come to our house to refinish both of our bathtubs, which were circa 1990. Imagine yellowed bathtubs with a few chips, plus some patch jobs where doors used to be. Ram (not sure if it’s spelled right) was the technician who came to our house promptly at 9am, which was our appointment time. Before doing the job, he told us what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He got to work and finished the job around 1:30pm. He showed us what he did and went over how to clean and care for our like-​new bathtubs. We were thrilled!
The next day we noticed an area where the newly refinished paint didn’t properly set, so we had to have Ram back to the house a few days later. Again, he walked us through what he’d be doing and was in and out in under an hour — doing another superb job.
The quality of work is top notch, and Ram works quietly and inconspicuously. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cascade Restoration — they were great!
One thing to note — the fumes from the product used to refinish tubs is extremely strong smelling, and I did get a little bit head-​achey from the fumes. We opened all windows and doors, where possible, and ran our bathroom fans for 24 hours to rid the fumes.
