It is unfortunate to read about others poor experiences at this location. I frequent it very often as it is very convenient for me to get in and out of when I need something small, and I also fill all of my prescriptions with this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff has always been incredible, and very friendly. After having an insurance hiccup, they were able to give me a «Caremark Cash Discount» and it brought my $ 50 prescription down to $ 13.75, and I didn’t have to ask, it was automatically done. That wins big points in my book as I would have spent the $ 50 as I needed the meds no matter what. Even when they are busy they keep a very professional demeanor and I know that job can get stressful. The front of the store employees are also always very friendly, even if its just a «hey how ya doin» shouted when you walk in. An associate went out of her way to help me get a corporate phone number to help me get a new discount card(lost in a car accident) as I have had a few phone numbers in the past and could not remember which one was linked to my card. Can’t say enough good things about this CVS, they have my return business for sure.

Website says you close the minute clinic at 7:30. I show up with my son it’s 7:17 and the nurse says she can’t see me. Then fix your website! Kids got 103° temperature I do my due diligence to check the website for hours and now I’m driving all over town trying to find some place that’s open?! Very poor customer service. Shouldn’t be this hard to get a script for amoxicillin!!!

I recently moved the Charlotte area and this CVS is right down the road from my house. My 3 yr. old and I both fell ill with Strep Throat this week and needed to get our RX’s filled. We both have different doctors and both asked me for convenience if they could call in the RX for pick up. I chose this location as it is the closest to home and seemed very convenient. When I arrived at this CVS Pharmacy I went to the pick up counter(they had 2 registers for this) a woman yelled from about 10 feet away«are you here to pick up?» I said yes, she replied«well I’ll take you over there» and pointed to the other register. Apparently I went to the wrong one. My first instinct was that was rude! As she asked for my name, I gave her my mine and my son’s and was rudely told«oh wait you have 2?» She couldn’t find my sons name and turned around and walked to another computer. As she was looking still puzzled another associate came to the computer and pointed to the screen. She says«oh your prescription isn’t here it’s at the other CVS down the street. I was a little confused on the location and seriously sick, high fever and pain, with my 3 yr old in tote.(he is also feverish and sick) she tells me you have to go there to pick up your sons and yours will be ready in a minute. I asked her if she could transfer the RX and she tells me «it’s just easier for you to pick it up down the street».seriously?! I asked her easier for who? You? That’s not easier for me so can you please get it transferred, she replied its gonna be a while… ok, how long is a while? At least an hour, so that’s why you should just go to the other CVS. after telling her it would be OK to come back to get it when it’s ready she looks confused and repeats so you’re just going to wait here for an hour? We went home tried to eat some toast and waited the hour to go by. This time I go through the drive in hopes to have someone else assist me… she comes back to the window and says«did you add your son to your policy yet? Yes! I gave you HIS insurance card… well he’s not on your policy so you have to call your HR dept. What? I asked if she was using the correct DOB and she said yeh. I asked how much the RX would be to pay out of pocket and due to the cost asked if she could give me a copy to go to walmart to get it filled. then the same woman who tapped her computer screen earlier comes over and asks her for the insurance card and walks away. while still in the car waiting for my RX and the written one. I said are you sure you’re entering the correct DOB… yeh we got it. a few minutes later the woman who took the card away comes to the window and says ma’am we figured it out we can fill your sons RX… I then asked if she knew what the problem was? «We had the wrong DOB»…WOW! thank you to the staff that are listening to their employees and can recognize that customer service is being compromised… not only is this customers that you’re helping but people that are in need of medication and sick… Some even sicker than my son and I! I mean honestly I can fill my RX across the street at Harris Teeter or anywhere for that matter! THANKYOU again to the woman who helped I also work in the medical field and this is how you’re supposed to HELP people! Under normal circumstances I would supply a name for both of these women. but again I was sick and in pain so I didn’t even ask…
