The good: The care from the PA is excellent The bad: There is not enough staff to properly care for the amount of people in and out of the office to be seen. The ugly: Oh my word, have now used the ZipPass twice and neither time has proven to be helpful. Each time the same results, you go into the line of already arrived patients and WAIT… First time(with ZipPass) 1hr + Second time(with ZipPass) 30m+. Sitting in room now just waiting on PA… So that 30 minutes will grow exponentially. I do not so much mind the waiting as I mind that you advertise that you get in quicker with a ZipPass and then see 0 results(why did I waste my time going on line to do it)
