I paid the extra $ 10 for the«signature service». I asked them to add power steering fluid when I arrived. I asked them when they were done if they added power steering fluid. They said yes they did. I said lets go check. They walked to my car and checked it and NO they never added power steering fluid. Randy(who is a new employee) said yes I added power steering fluid. No Randy never added it, so they finally added it. Totally spacy and I would NEVER trust them with my car again. They lied to me over and over. NEVERGOINGBACK.

Ok, I want to post a photo of what just happened, because of my feedback yesterday. I get its a small town. But under no circumstance is it professional for your staff manager and his girlfriend to personally FB me and ask«What the hell is your deal with trashing my store on Unilocal» I guess its inappropriate for a customer to share their experience. Well guess what, BBB may hear about this too. On top of the complaint I just filed with corporate about the situation. This just sealed the deal about me never comping back to Jiffy Lube ever. How unprofessional!!!

If you read my review I save the 5 stars for exceptional service. Monroe Jiffy Lube Customer Service and Trustworthy A+!!! I had my car serviced the day before by another Auto repair in Renton area near my Hubby’s work and they messed it up and failed to properly diagnose my car. I called the Monroe Jiffy Lube to see if they could repair the problem. They went above and beyond my expectations, even driving to an auto part store to get an item needed to fix my car and teaching me what’s under the hood so I won’t get ripped off again by another auto store. The store manager and assistant manger helped me determine if I was ripped off the day before by a different company. I was so pleased with the service that I’m bringing my husband’s car tomorrow to the Monroe Jiffy Lube for a full service just to give these guys more business. The facility is CLEAN, clean bathrooms, a TV with a movie playing in the waiting room, walking distance for lunch and shopping, air conditioned wait room, and you can bring your well behaved dog inside while you wait!

My husband and I have brought our car here for the past 2 years. Fairly quick service and friendly. On my last visit, they told me I needed my rear left turn signal replaced. They replaced it along with my oil change. Ironically, my drive home only has right hand turns so it wasn’t until the following day that I realized they put in the wrong light. They had installed a brake light. I returned the following day and they told me they wouldn’t charge me for the correct light. Really?! I would expect the light to be replaced with the correct one for free. They struggled to get the light off, tried a few lights and then said they didn’t carry the type of light my Subaru needed. They called auto zone to see if they had it. Auto zone brought the light over and changed it out for the correct light. The gentle man helping me was very nice and apologetic. But I’d expect something like that to be checked before letting me take my car initially.

We just moved to the Monroe area, but I’ve been getting the oil changed on my car at a number of Jiffy Lubes around the east side for the past 3 years since we moved to the area and the Jiffy Lube in Monroe is the best I’ve gone to yet. They didn’t try to up-sale me on every little thing like an air filter, windshield wiper blades, etc. unlike the other Jiffy Lubes on the east side. What was really interesting is that they told me my air filter looked good to could go until my next visit, which is funny since the last Jiffy Lube I went to tried to get me to replace it. glad I told the other place no! LOL! The service is very personable, professional and friendly. Feel very fortunate we have an honest place nearby where I don’t feel I have to be on guard as a woman when I take my car in to get the oil changed.

Love this place! The employees are super friendly and didn’t try to «up-sell» on things I eally didn’t need. They were SUPER fast and the waiting room is really nice. I will be returning again!

The level of service at this particular location has slipped down hill dramatically in the last year. What was a solid 4 star auto care facility is lucky to receive 1 star today. My visit on December 1st was the final straw for this location… After arriving, there were two cars having work done. The first was an oil change and the second was having a belt replaced. The first attendant came out, told me I could wait inside and it would just be a few minutes until my truck would get done. This was the usual routine, so I went in and waited. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the first vehicle finished up and I expected mine to come in next, but another vehicle was rolled in first, and then another, and then another… About 45 minutes in, the movie Monsters Inc was started. I watched a few minutes or 20, before someone came in and I asked for an update. I was told they’d have it in soon. Another 45 minutes later, the same person told me just a few more minutes. Finally, 2 ½ hours later my basic oil change was completed and I didn’t even get an apology… Sad service…
