Went here today for lunch. Ordered food young man was nice that took order. We went to sit down, restaurant was empty but only one table was clean enough to sit down at! Then we looked at seats of chairs and they were covered with food parts and grease! We went to get napkins to sit on and a girl that appeared to be the manager because she was barking orders at people totally disrespectfully said«WEAREOUTOFNAPKINS» Seriously, this is a place where you eat with your hands and no napkins?! So I perched myself on the cleanest corner of the chair I could find. The chairs were covered with old cloth covers… disgusting. Didn’t feel comfortable eating food thinking kitchen may be as dirty as customer seating area! Come on KFC really, step up your game! Right when we were leaving the nice young boy that checked us out was putting napkins in the holders! The manager girl barks at him«oh you found napkins? He just kept filling the holders obviously tired of being barked at! We complained to him about all the dirty tables and he immediately started cleaning the restaurant.

Yesterday(Saturday) I stopped for a three-piece meal. By 8:00PM I was convulsively vomiting and diuretic. My system completely flushed itself. I was back and forth to the bathroom every hour until this morning. Without a graphic explanation I will assure you it was the chicken that was putrid. As one might expect, that was a complete dealbreaker for me… don’t think I will ever eat KFC again… anywhere.

Never had an issue, generally not very busy. The previous Unilocalers describe the atmosphere as messy and uncomfortable. I’ve only been coming here for about a year, but during this time I’ve only ever been treated extremely nice by the entire crew including new and old members, and have always got my average KFC food with its custom secret flavors.

I definitely agree with the previous 2 Unilocalers on this place being generally messy & dirty! I visited this location on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. There were 2 employees(that I could see) working and 1 other customer in the dining room eating. The drink station was a mess with cups, straws, napkins, ect all over the counter. The floors were dirty, as were the tables; I cleaned off a table so I could dine in. The food was so-so, service just so-so. Sky Valley could really use a good chicken only place!

July 4, 2013. A big day for chicken lovers! The skeleton crew of 3 were doing everything they could to keep up with the demand– but unfortunately they were failing miserably. We waited for 25 minutes for a 3 piece meal and some sides. There was one clean table in the entire joint and we sat at it. There was no ice in the ice machine. There were napkins and debris scattered everywhere and the place looked like a bomb had gone off inside. At one point we counted 6 cars piled up in the drive through waiting for their bird. We ate in shifts as our food became available. The food itself was fine. But points off for the long wait and dirty restaurant. Definitely a management problem.

This may be the worst KFC in the known free world. We have lived in this town for 8 years, and eaten here roughly 6 times, with each time resulting in soggy food and stomach cramps.

It was 8:30ish on a Wednesday night. I thought hmmm ok I haven’t had KFC in awhile. When I walked in it was very very clean. There was no one in there save myself and three employees. I was under the impression they were already closed as the dining area seemed dark to me. Regardless, I walked to the counter and was greeted by a friendly employee who asked for my order. I asked if they were still open to which the employee said they’re open until 10PM. I needed a few minutes so I told him: «I need a few minutes, please.» After I’d made my selection I called the employee over to give him my order. I ordered the all dark meal consisting of legs and thighs. After taking my order and ringing me up the employee starts to put my order together then says that they are out of thighs and legs would I like a breast instead? I told him no but I’d rather have wings if they had any. I understand it may have been slow and they were already in the mindset of closing, however, this being a business they might time their closing mentality closer to closing and have more product on hand just in case a customer wanders in? I’m not sure but I think they may have been willing to make more chicken but I wasn’t willing to wait. I was given a generous helping of wings. Still, overall I had my mind set elsewhere so the experience was meh. Mebbe I’ll go in earlier next time. I agree with the previous review regarding expectaions. Still I had to have my KFC. I give them kudos for being friendly. That can be a saving grace. I guess you could also say it’s all about timing… No worries.

Throughout the years I’ve developed low expectations of fast food restaurants. Often run by minimally paid employees, managed by inexperienced leaders, who often have a boss who is rarely seen. Fast food restaurants are about speed and greasy cheap goodies and everything else is a bonus. Based on my low expectations I found myself marveling at this little KFC. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Everything was in place. There were no ketchup massacres, or napkin confetti — it was all clean, neat, and organized. The staff greeted us with smiles on their faces. Smiles! I’ve long grown accustomed to a scowl or a blank stare, but no, these people were cheery and engaging! As we waited for our food I noticed how they brought out food to waiting customers. The only drawback was a positive as well. What was positive is that they said they didn’t like how my order turned out, so they wanted to cook another. The drawback was as they got busier they forgot about my order. Yet, when asked, they apologized and quickly fixed the problem. When it slowed down they came out and washed the tables and swept the floors. It was so clean and fresh smelling in there. As we left they asked how our food was and thanked us for our business. What a gem among fast food restaurants!
