Quality Sleep was by far the best place I’ve been to, to get a mattress! The owners and employees truly treat you like family, finding you the best mattress that suits you. There was never any pressure to buy, which helped make our experience even more amazing. The owner encouraged us to try as many mattresses as we needed to, and stay on them as long as it took to figure it if this was THE mattress for us. We ended up getting sheets, pillows, and a comforter from them to help complete our buy. Nothing feels better knowing you’re helping out a family owned company as well as getting the BEST sleep of your life! My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress!

My son and I stopped here after hiking Wallace Falls to shop for a new mattress. We spent two hours lying on every mattress in the store, while a patient salesperson explained differences to us and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I purchased a mattress and a WONDERFUL pillow as well, and after four months, I have no regrets. Hooray for no more back/​neck pain!

It had been years since we purchased a new king mattress for ourselves. We were more than ready to invest in a good nights sleep. The owner Tom helped us pick out a quality mattress, cover and pillows. We also went with an adjustable. We were very excited when it was delivered. But almost immediately I was awaken in the night repeatedly. In the morning I had a painful back ache that I had not had before. We called Tom and he encouraged us to hang on to it a little longer to be sure it was the mattress. Seemed fair. But the next week it was no better and I had actually moved to sleeping on the couch. My husband went back down to the store and Tom was more than happy to keep his word about the comfort guarantee. He had a new, softer mattress delivered expeditiously. It’s been several weeks now and we are loving our new bed! Tom is a reputable owner who is running a great business!

Got a real education on the importance of pillows and how they effect sleep and rest. Love that they asked questions and did not assume what type of sleeper I was. My pillow and bedding selections have worked out well. Good selection of product at fair prices. Family owned too.

We searched around for a decent cheap mattress when we moved our son from the crib. Quality sleep had the cheapest price and the salesman want pushy. The mattress is sit in new condition and we are very happy with it. We will be purchasing another mattress soon.

Quality Sleep is awesome! My husband and I are thrilled with the king mattress set we purchased from them. We looked at their website and did some research before we went in so we were pretty sure of what we wanted. They answered our questions but never pressured us. They were very helpful getting us great financing. The delivery and set up was smooth and thorough. This place is awesome! They were the first place we looked for a mattress and we loved them. I worked with Rob, who was younger, but very helpful. They delivered the bed right when they said and even called to say they would be here in ten. Oh, and they put booties to cover their shoes when they put the bed in. I’m impressed and would order again in a heartbeat. They are a family owned business also!

I wish all stores could be this friendly and knowledgeable. They are down to earth and genuine. No pressure, good prices and products. We bought a pillow and a mattress for our daughter. I will shop there from now on.

Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Tom & his team delivered when a competitor failed. Mom, age 82, recently moved in with us and ordered a new bed from a big outlet. Upon delivery they hauled off the old mattress, but drove off after only delivering the box spring. After several phone calls she was told it would be a week to get the mattress they failed to load on the truck. What!!!
We stopped by Quality Sleep and got a great education that helped us make the best decision. Delivery and set-​up were prompt and professional. Quality Sleep lived up to their name and reputation.

I brought my pre-​teen to Quality Mattress for a new mattress. My youngster is very particular, and has a very strong mind of his own. Tom Starkey, the owner of this branch of the company, treated my son as respectfully as any other customer, and carefully walked him through the process of selecting new bedding. And my son is definitely sleeping better on the new mattress than he had on the old!

I have seen the store sign in the past (with a person in it! :)) on Hwy 2 and it registered in the back of my mind. I was looking online at several mattress stores when Quality Sleep popped up. It had great Unilocal reviews, so I gave them a try. I spoke with Brady near the end of a work day and he was patient and kind during my multiple questions. Later that week I went in and looked at the choices. I was very impressed by the store, the selection and their
knowledge of their product. Eric and Tom were also very nice, and patient with my indecision. There was no pressure at all. I truly believe that they stand behind their products and tell it like it is.
I ended up buying a mattress set. When it was delivered, it was very helpful of the two guys to set it all up and take away the wrappings for no delvery charge. I asked their names, one very nice guy is Cody. All in all a great experience and I will go there again.

I had a wonderful experience with this store! I purchased a queen mattress set and pillows from this store. While the products have changed my sleep and therefore my life immensely, the fantastic customer service and competitive pricing are the reasons to visit this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and the delivery time was less than 24 hours. The care and attention provided by this smaller business created a much more personal experience and I left feeling so much more confident about my choices. Check this store out, you won’t be disappointed!

Just had our new mattress delivered. Even though they had truck problems, they still made it to west seattle to get our new bed to us before we went out of town. Brady was really helpful and knowledgable, I can’t remember the last time I had such awesome service.
